it doesnt really show in the photos but i had powdercoated all the parts that can be a textuerd flat black.

all the other parts i have sprayed using VHT Flat black engine enamel.

it has taken me ages prepping and spraying it all LOL

Do you mean the PAS pipe cooler at the very bottom of the picture?

Yeah the one in front on the tray in front on the radiator support ? I have a converted G60 not done by me and I definitely don't have that just wondered what it was....

Yes its connected between reservoir and pump presume to cool pas fluid.

Allways wondered if it really gets hot enough to warrant one but it's there so presume it is...

That looks brilliant and not too far off being complete

thanks odub:thumbleft:

well ive got the hoses and intercooler.

oil cooler and fluids ordered today:cheers:

im currently searching for a golf g60 580mm radiator to match the length of the intercooler which is proving harder than i thought.

im going to find out how much it is to recore my corrado 430mm rad to 580mm tomorrow so fingers crossed on that one.

only other option ive found is ordering one from germany

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122074100682?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

its the only place i can find one and seems expensive considering the larger vr6 or rallye versions can be found for half the price.

unless anyone else has any ideas?

im getting exciting about nearing completion now after all the hours ive spent on it:dance:

well i havnt posted for a while, ive been beavering away with all the loose ends really.

.

uprated headlight loom installed....

washer bottle relocation finished off...

slampanel has been sandblasted and respayed now drying in my makeshift paint booth in my shed, heaters on full....

so hopefully this weekend i can finally fit slampanel, wings ,lights , wheels etc and its ready for test drive and MOT

then its off for wheel allignment....

then off to exhaust place to shorten exhaust system due to the gwerks manifold being a bit longer than the standard manifold its pushed the whole system about 40mm backwards LOL

i cant believe the end is finally in sight and i get get to drive it again soon....
