Corrado Spotting! Was it you?

Recommended Posts

Two Corrados this week - Thursday morning saw an aqua blue 16v with private / NI plates and estorils pulled over in a gate way on the B4525 between Banbury and Silverstone, then today saw another dark blue one just out side Stoke Bruene, wave and flashed but perplexed driver as I was in the Wife's Jetta.

Dawn I've seen the blue one in kempston as well, never in mine when I see them though an from what I've seen it's pretty standard if its the same one which is a rare thing lol

Reece it looked subtly lowered but aside from that it looked standard. There was a couple in it. My first was actually you but yours is a K plate?

Also as you're local, I managed to find a specialist in pampisford Cambridgeshire, the garage is called etech if you look em up. I spoke to them on the phone the other day about a part but sadly all they had in for breaking were 16v Rados. They guys there both own one though and it sounds like they save anything they can keep the rest on the road.

I spotted a very nice looking K plate Dragon Green Corrado yesterday heading towards Park Wood industrial estate. I think it was a VR6, I was 2 cars back I gave him a toot when I past him turning into the industrial estate. Lovely looking car

Black one in Basingstoke on Friday lunchtime. Didn't get any details as I had to turn off but it looked in good nick.

Two yesterday in a space of 10 minutes. The first was a Blue J reg wth carbon bonnet and roll cage on A46 by Leamington. The second (black I think) parked up on a drive on Kenilworth road. I also regually see 3 different Corrados at work in Gaydon but im allways to far back in a queue to get a good look!

The blue j plate roll cage and carbon one was me. Just moved to bristol and was finally bringing the corrado down to its new home.

Yay \o/

Thanks for posting up. That's my brothers M3 to the left and he's very much into his BMWs, hence popping along to the show with him. There were some very nice cars there and I was particularly taken with some of the 8 series.

Did you go?
