If you don't have the time Yan I don't mind sorting this out for you? I could certainly do with replacement drivers side foam myself!

I'd be looking for a set. Just been on ebay.de looking for a corrado beifahrersitz but no joy.

Yan, did you have any joy with finding a manufacturer? I'm tempted to start looking into it, but don't want to step on your feet.

Funny you should dig this thread out, I'm meeting the guy who does our seating at work this week, I was going to give him a corrado bolster to copy and get some prices to see if it's worth it.

That stuff above is what you use to mould foam, but you have to have something to pour it into- ie a mould of some kind.

Has anyone got any experience of using this stuff - wondered if it could be used to replace/repair the bolsters

Ive made race seats out of this stuff, wouldn't put it any were near my car. It is like the expanding foam you would use to seal your house with, very messy if you don't know what your doing.

Good work Dave - Think I will be giving your repair instructions a go - unless Kip's producers comes up with a complete new bolster.

Sorry folks I have had no time at all to look into this, although it seems some folks have had the time!

Be very interested to see what Kip's producers come back with.

fixed mine by swapping the driver's bolster for the passenger's right bloster, which is identical and usually in good nick. while the passengers side was out i used it as a template to cut out a new bolster to put in the passengers side - took a few attempts, but foam is cheap and i'm happy with the results ;)
