seanl82 23 Posted August 25, 2016 Connector for the locking actuator? I can't remember either which I should, I've had the door card off enough times!
Graphite 0 Posted August 25, 2016 Doesn't look standard. Old deactivated tracker maybe?
Tigerfish 10 Posted August 26, 2016 I don't recognise that, the vacuum actuator is further up and the rod connecting it to the rest of the lock mechanism is obvious. Maybe an aftermarket alarm actuator for central locking?

Jim Bowen 1 Posted August 26, 2016 The wires don't look original to me, The only thing i can think of that looks a bit like that is the connector to the electric mirrors.
16VG60 1 Posted August 26, 2016 It's looks to be an electrically operated central locking actuator. It could be that this was an ill informed repair to a fault in the CDL system, instead of repairing the vacuum OEM system. I have seen people fit aftermarket CDL systems because they thought that the Corrado did not have it as stock, and other times where these actuators have been fitted to allow a remote locking alarm fob to operate the locking system.
