Also puts the mirror demist on too Every diagram I've seen shows them as coming on when the ignition is on (KL15) so they are on whenever the car is. fendervg 33 Posted June 29, 2021 Well, washing with warm water is always better than cold lol I’m sure the elements have to burn out after a couple of years though - have never tested mine.
