saw the beginnings of a mid engined rwd vr turbo at inters one year.... dunno what became of it, but as i have said before, look how crappy dubsports orange rwd mk1 turned out! As in being able to put it's power down........

It isn't always in the tank, on a 1.8 Valver or G60 it is mounted just in front of the axle on the drivers side!

aye summat like that, TBH When I had my ABF'd MK2, a mate of mine had done the same conversion done to his MK2 but with the KR inlet cam mod, and whupped him everytime when we were drag racing at croft! Tee Hee! He was quite annoyed :)

Think its 3 or 4.......Each time with Tommi Mak at the Helm!

150 or 160, with the KR cam mod about 175, as riley says!

ABF motor is from either a MK3 GTI 16V or a Seat Ibiza Cupra Sport, they are a "Tall Block" 2 litre 16v with Electronic Fuel Injection, so fully mappable, 150Bhp std........ 9A motor from the C and pissrat is KE-Jetronic, mecanical and electrical injection, but has a crank sensor which KR motors dont have! ABF with cams, headwork, balance, chip and filter you are looking at maybe 195+bhp, add throttle bodies and talking 220+ easy! I have driven an ABF converted MK2 and although torqey, they just don't rev as well a the 1.8's! I deffo prefer the KR motors, torque is for lazy people :)

Saw down Everything......Lol! I'd still keep the C, it would be my cherished weekend toy! I disagree with them having no style......They are brutal in your face cars, designed with one purpose only, Winning the WRC championship, which it has done several times! They are a big 2 fingers to the rest of the motoring world, it may lots of sticky out bits but at least they are there for a reason! If I can spend 7grand and go and destroy some ferrari and porka owners egos then it gets the vote for me :) Nissan 200 is a no no, has to be 4WD, as PhatVR6 will agree, me and RWD would just not mix :)

Nowt wrong with a valver! It may not have the noise of a VR or the whine of a G60 but it dunt half scream, and mine loves being sunk into 7 grand :)

Hey! Be Nice! The 3 is one of quickest Evo's, Ther is no real difference between the 5 and 6, agree the 3 doesn't look as good as 5's onwards (Apart from the 7 which looks s**t) but it grows on you.......Plus it's half the price of a 5 or 6 with almost the same performance! steve
