JB welding??? Is that a type of welding that welds alloy? Can't sue the council as it was private road :( Will get it raised when it goes to the garage, to get the sump fitted etc etc! would do it myself but I finish my 2 week hols today :mad: Typical eh? Steve

Feck Shit Arse C**t and a F**k load of other swear words!!!!! Driving my rado down a country track this afternoon and hit a lump of metal embedded in the road............... So I stopped, got out and took a look underneath, to see oil pissing out of the sump! Ooops! Then look across to the 'box and see the clutch and flywheel spinning round, remember thinking that I really shouldn't be able to see that moving :cry: Sump not really a prob, get one from G&S for about 30squid, but my 'Box..........EeeK! Thankfully it's only ripped part of the Bell Housing Off where the shit guard bolts too... Can you weld Alloy????? Hope so Or I need a new 'Box :x Think it may now be a good idea to raise her up 40 or 50mm!!!!!1 Steve

Hey Paul, You'd be suprised! We need planning permission to pull down our old garage and replace it with a nice new one! You can put in a planning inquiry with the local council, it costs nowt, and will let you know for sure! Have you asked Mike, cos didn't he help Martin plan his??? Think its dropped about 120mm!! The last owner fitted H&R Coilovers too it! Very expensive but they work beautifully! It's fitted with 195/45/15 tires which sort of help it sit lower too Car shows are the only place I seem to see other yellow Rado's, but I'm not putting a Lidl badge on it.......I'm not that sad :lol:

Did anyone see the R32 TT conversion in a Red Mk3 (I Think) Golf on a stand at Inters?????? If you can fit it into a Mk3 Golf, then it should go into a rado, Over 500Bhp Sounds good to me :) steve

Yeah, the front splitter was removed by driving rather too enthusiatically down a twisty road near me.....oops :shock: when it was attached it was less than 1inch off the deck!!!!! Handles very well though :) Thats as far up my drive as it will go, cos the middle pipe of the zorst gets caught on the manhole cover :oops: Need some more ponies under the boonet :twisted: Steve
