1. I think its on his build thread!
2. Vaghag has just done his on here. My polo way is only good if you can get hold of that part. But I liked it
3. Half way there. Well done
4. Can't help you with that. The vr only had a plug in the back. ..Sorry
5. all from the polo
6. I sourced replacements from a 95 plate polo. Is better material fits perfect and does not disintegrate. The polo centre vent foam Fits a corrado outer vents and all the box flaps were the same. I've yet to find an oe part for the corrado centre vent. Going to look at a mk3 golf one.
7. Sorry. I'm still learning about the highs and lows of corrado ownership. I took my door off yesterday and found lots of problems (low)but got my front bumper back from the painters today and on its powder coated mountings its put a smile on my face (high point). If you get the time refurb your heater box flaps whilst you've got it out, as they will be perished. Won't take long and you won't need to take the dash out again. Plus it's stops you getting those little black pieces of foam blown out into your face. Just a thought, but highly recommended by others too
8. It will all be out, repaired and back in tomorrow. Unfortunately I've learnt there always another bloody problem.
9. Ha ha. One on each end of the dashboard. Should be behind a circular cover trim. There is also a nut low down at the back of the centre console at floor level. As well as removing all of your switches, wiring clips, speedo, surrounds and trim. It does come out relatively easy. Sounds worse than it is. ..But there are some good right ups with pictures about.
10. There are 2 nuts that need undoing with a 10mm spanner or socket. Difficult to gain access but it is do-able. A ratchet ring spanner is really useful. With the bonnet lifted, look at the windscreen lower plastic trim.it is in 3 pieces. Where it joins each piece (about 1/3 way) get your hand under that scuttle area feeling upwards. You will find one nut fixing on each side. Good luck. And there's still more inside the vehicle
11. Did you get the sneaky two from below the windscreen area. ..10mm spanner and in line with the joints on the lower plastic trim

Sunroof question

Is there a small black plastic cover with a white arrow on yours? If so move it 90°and you'll see its covering the Allen key manual release fitting

Sunroof question

Just wondering if you could disconnect your alarm, somehow remove a fuse and see if that allows it to open correctly. .. worth a try. Or contact the person who fitted the alarm and see if it sounds like that could be a problem.... only costs a phone call
17. [emoji106] thanks for the info and recommendation. One on order
18. Glad you got it refurbed. A little satisfaction is always great

Sunroof question

Seems strange it does it when you lock the car. Do you have an aftermarket alarm that would close everything b4?
20. Its your corrado. Don't get rid, just repair. .... its an easy fix
21. Should this brown looking clip on the threaded plastic part be right up to the end to stop slack movement? Just taken my covers off and noticed it. Doesn't look right to me. ..
22. Ignore my missing trim comment. ....I've seen it now. Should have gone to specsavers!
23. I changed my scuttle seal last week. Got it from heritage and followed the wiki on here. Relatively easy. Looking at your picture, have you removed the end part of the windscreen lower scuttle trim? As this helps deflect water away from the scuttle motor cover area. Whilst doing this its a great time to clear all the old rotted leaf products and the drain hole that goes through the inner wing. Not an expensive job even if it isn't this that's leaking
