is the 1.8 K-jet a model of C? do they have different models and spec of interior etc or do they all come with the same? Any info is great! Neil

im really stuck between the 1.8 and 2.0 16v, i like the sound of saying, ive a 2ltr corrado, hehe, but which would be better? sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure i make the right choice.

i dont want a vr as insurance would kill me. G60 sounds nice but still think i could find a nice 1.8 16 or 2.0 16v with a good body. that possible?

are they worth, it, hows fuel on them, didnt think £2k would be enough? Im not into BIG LOUD exhausts, or stupid massive body kits, id rather have a nice clean well maintained mechanicaly sound car then all that! Obviously id lower and put alloys on it :D

So now i want to play with the big boys( you guys;) ) Ive always LOVED corrados, i think their sex on legs! as i say im after a 2ltr 16v, with insurance being so nice to be with the quote i got! Ive just sold my 2ltr nova And im after a Corrado, now ive got the cash, £2000 im after a 2.0 16v, Insurance £560 With adrian flux. BUT.......what do i go for and why, what do i look out for, bad points, good points? Im thinking i could get a nice one for that kind of money. Can anyone give me any advice? Neil

Im a newbie to this and am wanting to fit 18" alloys and also lower it. I have a set of 17's at the mo with 205/40/17 falcon tyres on, offset of 40. Will these fit straight on? What offset are Corrados and what size tyres are best for 17/18's? And about lowering, any info is greatly wanted please...

I've got a quote for £750 off the net for a 1.8 16v with a cat 1 alarm so ill get one fitted anyway. How hard are the passat rear handles to fit?

As im getting a corrado in next month or so im wanting to know whats best doing to protect my corrado, I know alot of people know how easy it is to break into certain cars ect. What kind of alarm is best and even a trip to the body shop for de-locking, any infomation is greatly wanted. Neil

Hi, Im neil, im 21 and looking into the idea of buying a corrado, apart from the shape of them is gorgeous and look so mean i'd like a change from my 2ltr nova i currently have. Has anyone got any tips or sugestions for to help me decide. I have about £1500 to spend on the car itself, only thing i would want to do to it is Alloys and lower it maybe. I now blame 'ghee60' for getting me more and more into the idea of getting a corrado. I have fitted my own engine and dont mind gettig my hands dirty so i'm slightly mechanically minded. Neil
