  3. Interesting, Jay... Looks like we're not alone - there's certainly a lot of forums with threads EXACTLY like this and no solution. Maybe the amazing Renshaw has found a clue... ;) https://www.google.com/search?q=crashing+ie+uk.hosting.adjug.com&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-beta ---------- Post added at 1:32 PM ---------- Previous post was at 1:27 PM ---------- Right, I've blocked adverts from "uk.hosting.adjug.com" from displaying. That should help..... Feedback, please!
  4. I am bugrudgingly using IE to try and find the source of the problem! Erm, working fine so far... (IE8 ) Do you guys have any toolbars installed?
  5. I know a lot of you will be running their Corrado on a Classic Car or Second Car policy, so there's still the mundane task of sorting Insurance on the 'normal' driver, or maybe the Mrs' car, etc. There's lots of comparing sites - but so far the one site that's always returned the best rate for searching for mine, girlfriend's, parents, etc etc insurance is Quidco. For those that don't know, Quidco is a great site for claiming cash back when shopping online - and even in store high street stores. If you don't need Insurance yet - at least click here and get an account setup! Their Insurance Comparing Search Engine thingy is just like the others - but really helps by also listing the cashback they will pay you if you use their site - as much as £50 off the premium in some case. And then if you want to get Sky or Virgin or a new phone contract, you can get upto £150 just for clicking through Quidco... Worth a look! :)
  6. Is this a good time to mention I ensure the Audi 3.2 for £342 full comp, protected no claims (11yrs), 8k miles a year, driveway, Surrey postcode, SDP + commute. No?? Oh, ok... ;) (It pays to be in your 30s with lots of no claims and a standard car, albeit 245bhp Quattro beast!)
  7. Yeah, Toby's looking into it. It's all his fault. Blame him.
  8. Guys, Can you please use http://direct.the-corrado.net/forum.php (you may need to log in again) and see if it helps? I don't see why IE7 would be falling over the adverts now when it's been absolutely fine for the past 6 months.. Nothing's changed?
  9. What about if you use http://direct.the-corrado.net/forum.php
  10. Thank you for your donation and support THE Corrado Forum. Your thread has been reopened. Regards,
  11. What about from now...? (I'm changing one thing at a time to find the source!)
  12. Can you let me know if this is still happening as of now?
  13. Who knows with the weirdness of PayPal! But you control the sub not me, so if its cancelled your end, just start up a fresh one to continue. Thanks for the support :)
  14. Picked this up today. Was boring driving a 2l TDi ;) Might explain my avatar.... ;)
  15. The codes still not written as Toby has got some wedding thing / getting married or some excuse like that. Surely he just turns up and says I do? Anyway. If the Mods don't mind, create an advert in the same design as the Corrado ones in here and they can move it to the new section. Hope that's OK.
  16. vBulletin doesn't like doing searches on words The database is 12gb, and making it reindex to take into account 3 letter words takes 24 hours per pass, whilst bringing the site to a crawl. The site is indexed by Google at least once a week. Your best bet is to use Google and the keyword site:the-corrado.net Hope that helps ;)
  17. I prodded the developer about that today. He is getting on it ;)

(Spare/leftover paint tin will be provided to the new owner should they need the perfect colour match for any further spray repairs in the future). • Retrim of interior plastics in genuine perforated black alcantara (see owner thread) - cost me over £800 and muchos hours! • Refurbished leather interior (driver side needs refurbishing and replacement bolster. A genuine VW foam outer bolter will be supplied to the next owner) • New original VW front grille (no tabs broken) • New genuine heater matrix • New MANN fuel filter • Replacement outer steering rack arm and tierods • Rear beam / axle bushes replaced (139,000 miles) • Wishbone bushes (front and back) replaced (139,000 miles) • Copper brake pipes (front and rear) renewed (139,000 miles) • Xenon headlight upgrade and uprated loom (fully water tight - see owner thread) • Fully rebuilt headlights with working adjusters and replacement clips and screws (see owner thread) • New genuine VW foglight (passenger side) • Front lights covered in laminex • New ignition switch • New Headlight switch (with safety fuse) • New Varta E38 / 74amp battery • Alpine Headunit and CD changer - full iPhone / iPod and USB stick support • Bluetooth hands free via Alpine headunit • Lupo Wiper Upgrade • Fully working active spoiler (sometimes goes down in two stages - needs cleaning/lubricating) • Fully functional electric sunroof - tilts and slides. Please note that the outer sunroof lid does need a respray as it has a few scratches in it from the lid not being correctly aligned. • New genuine VW sunroof seal There are lots of little items here and there which I have forgotten, but as mentioned before I have a fully documented history with all the parts I have purchased for the car in an excel spreadsheet. This can be provided to the new owner to maintain the history. As with every car, there are some negatives: 1 small chip in windscreen. This has never caused me a problem and has in fact been like that for over two years (it happened a month after the new windscreen was fitted in 2010!) Rear Wheel bearing was marked as having slight play in last MOT so could probably do with being replaced. ABS light stays on. VAGCOM indicated wheel sensors need replacing. This is probably one mechanical / electrical item I never bothered addressing as many people have mentioned the Corrado ABS is not all that great when it is working. Stopping power on the car is great anyway and the car brakes as straight as an arrow. Driver side seat bolter needs replacement bolster (foam bolster will be supplied to new owner) One small chip on leading edge of bonnet (2mm in size) Right parcel shelf rubber support has snapped (the left one is fine) Small scrape on front bumper where some muppet scraped past the car (it is about 5mm x 10mm) Price: £4500 (with all in car audio) £4200 (without Phoenix Gold amp, Mac Audio sub and Infinity Speakers/doorpods - the original unmodified doorpods will be provided) Car will come with original HELLA rear lights and a host of other original parts. 07591 760922
  19. I've put "Country of origin: UK" as an exception, so you should've get Captcha'd if you're UK based. Most bots / bad things are US / Europe continent and China, so should be ok :)
  20. What dodgey ISP are you on it proxy are you using? The service clearly recognised you as a 'bad' bot... lol
  21. I've now added an exception that should allow Tapatalk through without being captcha'd. Let me know how it goes. And VR6Pete - we've been running Incapsula for months. Have you only started to have to use direct since yesterday?
  22. Err.... Guess what I'm using. Lol. I'll look at a solution for you guys tomorrow.... Sent from my Nexus S using Tapatalk 2
  23. Issue should now be fully resolved. Closing thread.
  24. Ok, solution is the (slightly annoying, sorry): CLEAR YOUR INTERNET COOKIES. I've applied a security update to the site (to stop hacking) and if you have trace of logging in to the CF in the past in your browser, it will error. Apologies, but clear your cookies and you should be able to log in ok.
