Shame putting the bushes in is such a ball ache
I have a mate that pushes them in for me so pretty hassle free 😬

🤣 this will be the third, the other 2 we’re just practice runs for this one.

Cheers mate, not too bad to get them out. Couple of saw cuts then fold the bush shells out.
beam and other brackets at the painters now so can’t wait to get them back.

I’ve got one of the Amazon ones that take the slightly shorter plate. They are spot on.

Of the remaining 6 still pootling about on British tarmac, this is the third to pass through our portal" - is this true? I'd be pretty sure that there are more registered than that.
Looks like an after-market cruise control unit on the left of the steering wheel cowling as well? This car is absolutely pristine, but a real shame to see it handed on from Billy to Jack purely to make a few hundred extra quid rather than in the hands of a true enthusiast, as Chris G. really was.
It’s actually the Sony stereo controller on the steering cowl, not cruise control.

Nice find mate 👍

Well done Sean, you’ve done amazing with the car. It’s a million miles from the car it was when you got it.
look forward to seeing it again sometime!

Sure thing, you got another corrado Dave?

Cheers for the info on the polishing etc, I’m intending on doing some paint on mine myself as a temporary measure so was thinking if I put plenty of lacquer on I can wet sand and polish it up.
-
Wow! That paint finish is excellent. Did you spray it with cans or from a gun?
-
Stunning James, worth the wait. So clean, bet your pleased with it.

So not having a lot of spare time to work on the corrado but decided to have the rear bumper painted as the lacquer was peeling and there were a couple of rough areas.
also ended up filling in the towing eye.
