very valid points here but i feel i need to add a small thread addressing the tension of the new toothed belt... if still retaining the oe tensioner strut how can it relive tension from the components its running as this tensioner is designed to move and adjust to keep same tension on these components at all times wether ribbed or toothed belt is being used.. i feel the kits warrant the new rose joint solid strut we designed to make this kit work to its full capabilatys it is a good mod maybe not to bring more power but to harmonise and get the most of what mods you have allready done to your engine. just my opinion.. :lol: :lol:

hello there, the part in your pic will have gases coming through the leaking/busted end cap as this is where vw take the co readings from. to cure this get yourself down to vag and order up a new one of those blue caps there not expensive and this will cure your problems...

any cracks in any pipes are not good news and are going to be main suspect for any leaking boost. u need to change the offending pipe to be honest ... also imho the mfa is not accurate as somtimes mine reads 1400 somtimes 2200 get you self a boost gauge .

hello there bert ?? if you have a crack in the pipe going into the intercooler i would assume that you are deftinatly loosing somthing through it... if you fill me in on some more details ie rebuild no i could give you some info on the pre condition of the charger .... what size pulley are you running as stated above i would be happy to see a charger on a std pulling anywhere from 10-12psi 68 > 12-15psi 65 > anything up to 20psi which mine pulls :lol: hope this helps ..

jim why dont you just leave the rims you have on the car... great looks with decreased offset, cheap tyres when need renewing best ride quality you are ever gonna get o,e looking with a euro twist. do i need to carry on ... :lol: just my 2p's worth of course Well i'd consider getting em refurbed.. but I don't know of anyone local. It is a much more affordable option, and I don't honestly dislike the wheels.. I just like how aftermarket wheels fill the arches better.
