  1. i think some people are getting the wrong idea when it comes to the boost return kit. it wasnt done for the noise at all thats just a result of removing the return pipe of the t/body. the reason this kit was produced was to overcome the fact that it stops spent boost and engine breather shite going back into your charger we feel this is a good adition to your g60. also i wouldn't really recomend a breather filter on your rocker cover as this could lead to you being able to smell fumes in the cabin-not good. we recomend the fitment of a catch tank for this use as the k&n filter is for use on the isv. there is also no need for to put anything onto the outlet of your t/body as it will NEVER suck its allways blowing unless at WOT. There are quite a few threads on this subject on here/ dubforce / vortex and its conclusion seems that .... its going to be somthing all people never all agree on... :lol: :lol:

    the car is deftiantly a credit to you and its previous owners... the slight problem with your fault is that some g's bleed a lot more than others some will bleed off boost at 1 bar"14.5psi" some like mine dont bleed untill 20psi so this is why some cars have this flat spot on a generic map.. all cars bleed boost this is somthing in the hard code on the ecu it just seems they intended it to be at 1bar just some dont do it .. btw when they bleed the ecu also retarts timing hence runs rich for a sec or two... have a chat with bilal as he now has many differant versions of his s5 map and with the help some wideband data sent to him he could sort you out with a perfect chip that will have less fuel at this point im sure... sorry to ramble on a bit here. :lol:

    sorry jim i could not comment on your specific car as rob had all the engine work done by other companys i belive bilal suppiled him direct with the chip. we have seen this spiking in the past and its deftinatly running rich there . do u know if the car is bleeding boost through the isv at this point too ? could well be the map-sensor reaching its limit and retarting ing timimg slightly at that point..

  10. remove the fpr as these do not work properly on vaccum on FI engines..... we have proved this many times now ... also get a pressure gauge on the fuel rail as im guessing you are not getting enough pressure up there .

  12. completey away from the VAG scene but nissan did a 1 ltr super turbo special with sumit like 130bhp, sir Rob kisby has done exactlly this with his awesome mk2...

  14. i have never seen a g80 in development sorry alex i think its a myth.... the g60 is a stretched g40 there is no way in the world that it could have been taken anyfuther ... alex .. inlet size dosent count mate ! :-P "g60 . g80 spec'ed charger." :lol:

    sorry kev i ment to chris what width are the ones he has got ? design 90's as far as i know come in 16" x 6" / 7" / 8" only then there are the silver-rose edition 16"x9" very rare..

You would really need to call,Would you really spend this much money on the basis of just a PM ? aslo i would need to know what your exact spec is of the car at the moment before offering out any advice on tuning it futher..... unfortunatly the specs in your sig are no way near enough to make the decision on what your car needs to take it to the next step . give me a call and we could work somthing out for you. :lol:
