im looking to swap the inlet cam on my 2.0 16v to the 1.8 kr. how much can i expect to pay for it. no labour as i can do the work my self but how much is a good price from some2 breaking a KR or a scraper. thanks

i remember reading somewhere that you want two drivers side lupo gti wipers as they fit better and maybe a passenger blade on the drivers side wiper? do these just drop straight on easily, or is there any tricky stuff?

i have a 2.0l 16v and am looking for an exhaust that just noticable on tickover but is throaty when accelerated hard. i dont want one that is really load when just crusing through town or on the motorway? any recomendations?

can anyone talk me through how to go about upgrading the headlight loom please? or point me in the way of a walk through? many thanks

how long can you really expect the vr6 and 2.0's to last? how many miles and with what kind of work to keep them going and in good shape? what normally goes and needs replacing on the cars. thanks

reconing a 2.0 or g60 is my best bet just getting a feel for everything at the moment

thanks a lot, it seems that its better to get a car with a shed load of history than one with a lower milage and no work done. yeah im defo looking for one on here as i would never buy on of say ebay without viewing it and thats not always easy. plus forums have some sort of mutual respect as everyone is an enthusiast of sort and shares a common interest so in my experience people are more honest and straight up. i havent looked on dubforce but ill join now thanks

y is that are the 2.0 just that much heavier or something?

thanks i looked at them but was confused by the fact that the 1.8 appears to be quicker to 60 and have a guicker top speed than the 2.0?? is this actually correct

I was wondering what the standard specs are for the 2.0, G60 and VR6 corrados? and also how easy is tuning each engine and what can be expected at what cost? does anyone recomend one above the other? thanks

i have the buying guide from here but i was wondering what do i need to look for that the previous owners have replaced cv joints etc? im looking at a g60 so aside from the obvious supercharger (also how long are these good for and rebuilt ones?) what should i expect, and see to be changed/replaced? what kind of milage are belts, joints, suspenson etc good for? what commonly goes engine wise? thanks
