i think mine is on the way out im assuming this is the gearbox mount? as i can hear i slight knock as i pull away in first and second as the engine twists with the torque?

yeah, sandblasting takes a little longer than i expected, its actually quite a slow process then just sanded the DOHC and the top of the cam cover to give them the shine. i think the matt metal looks really good, looks brand new

this weekend i decided to brighten up my engine bay with some serious sandblasting! i was quite suprised with the outcomes, i didnt expect them to come out this well think im going to take as much of the engine as i can to bits next week to get on the rest of it!!

does the granual size matter, can the gun run most grades are some more effective? out of curiosity what is kiln dried sand used for? cheers

I was thinking about sandblasting my manifold and cam cover this weekend but wasnt sure if you need a specific grade of sand to do these parts or for my gun? does anyone know anything about this and where i can get hold of the necessary sand? cheers

well first things first gotta take care of the headlights and wipers. it needs a cam belt change so will hopefully do that this weekend and whilst im at it im gonna put the KR cam on and do some cleaning of my manifold and cam cover. will get pics up after the weekend Then wheels suspension, door handles, panel filter etc

I used to be a mini man a few years ago but need a more practical car to love! The only draw back is my mini was quicker than my rado!!! This was my last mini 108 bhp at the raod! Any way bought this not long ago and im really happy with it. It came pretty much completely standard as far as i know so first jobs are wipers and headlights asap!! o and getting a smaller splitter cos i cant get in and out of my drive but i think praise b the LOweReD is on the case with that for me Bodywork is awsome with only a few stone chips on the bonnet to worry about! any comments or ideas welcome.

looking for a cheap but good set of shocks and lowering springs for my 2.0 16v anyone got any good recomendations

have had a quick search on the forum for a guide to changing the cam belt but cant seem to find one? has anyone put one together or can they recomend where i can get one? also looking to change my cam from the 2.0 9a to the 1.8 kr is there a guide for that n all? I WISH THERE WAS A HAYNES!!!

ok but this being a complete system as in wiring loom, motor, switch etc or can i run diagnostic test or is there a walk through anyone has previously made allowing me to easily take it apart and look for problems? i am faily new to this and therfore have no idea where to start ESPECIALLY with out a beloved haynes manual!

all sunroof gods when i press the switch my sunroof doesnt move up down left right or backwards forwards, neither can i hear any noice from a motor or anythng? any ideas what i am in need of?

i hope this never happens to me i will be devestated. when i was a mini man and some1 went straight into the back of me and that hurt, if it happend to my rado now .....

ive found a guy that will send me them but he will only send the pair is it obvious which is which ? search wise i am using that search tool (the one you have linked) but if search for 'kr' i still get nothing or '2.0 AND kr' nothing but yeah corrado AND G60 does give results

can u recomend anywhere to get them from?

if i buy a pair i.e. inlet and exhaust is it obvious which is which or shud i swap both?
