Belt Tensioner - couple of questions. Has it been powder coated? What does the bearing feel like? Is the pulley in one piece? No chips etc...?

Could you give a bit more info as to exactly what you want?

Surprisingly that made sense, broke one of the internal black sections but the grey wheel has come out un-harmed. Can now potentially take an entire heater control to pieces.

Can you explain as I've removed the other two cogs, just this one that i was unsure about. I understand how fragile they are just fancied keeping the rest of it as spares.

Have one mate, but no idea how to remove it without breaking something. And i guess that same would go for replacing it.

Didn't think it was, just wanted to make sure. I've invested a fair amount of time into sourcing / testing / photographing etc. I can appreciate how frustrating it is to not be able to buy something but at the same time I disagree with limited pairs for sale at ridiculous prices especially considering the items in question. At the same time I don't think its fair to limit people to one pair for example, however most people on the forum will know where they came from and how much they were bought for. This should hopefully avoid the over inflated pricing.

Will be getting pics of them fitted shortly. Not managed to get a speedo binacle and a SLR camera in the same place at the same time. There is a very slight difference in design but as i've mentioned above they appear to be the same items that were sold previously on the forum as VW OEM.

May or may not help but I have a mint condition aqua blue tailgate that i'd like to get rid of for not a lot of money.

My money's on it being an old skool tracker. I would imagine it will have some markings on the box and/or potentially connected to small battery if it is indeed a tracker.
