Looks good, standard grille with black badge will probably work better IMO, remember thinking what a cracking car this was when Sam first bought it.

agree no4

Could be the Sony, mu VR had a Sony tape deck
-
shape of spokes is certainly different

Not keen on the Platins at all , much prefer the RHs
-
205/40R17 on an 8" rim
-
Not sure about the 9s, heres how a similar RH wheel looks on a light coloured car
-
Great choice, just need to shave a touch off front calliper to fit otherwise no issues
-
I think the Compomotive is a nicer wheel than the image one, but the Image wheel works wekk colour coded
-
seat sides and backs are vinyl on the standard WW Corrado seats
-
Stick with thge TDI plan for economy and get these off Edition 38, stunning.

Settled at 580mm front and 590mm rear, rides great catches splitter and cat on sharp short inclines but apart from that its fine, gets on Ferrys OK too!

Thats what I was thinking be nice to have a thread where we can add or should that be delete cars from existence, based on colour engine etc. and keep more up to date records
-
Despite our efforts to preserve the Corrado as years go by we must surely be losing numbers. A thread by PhatVR6 about 90s hot hatches and their demise got me thinking.
How many have we lost this year, written off, stolen, broken etc.

The Schmidts are cool,(must admit to thinking about them myself once or twice) not keen on the others

Thankyou to everyone who voted for my car for the August Calendar pic

i'm guessing he's gone for deep dish 16s? perhaps Borbets.

OK, as you may have guessed I’m playing around with ideas. The truth is the car itself isn’t changing, it is simply put as it needs to be! There is no real consensus on the wheels which is just as it should be,but its interesting to hear opinions. So here are a couple of pics of the black wheels fitted to the car. Both are 8x17 ET 27 with 205/40 tyres. However the rear is running a 10mm spacer, this was to replicate running 8s up front and 8.5 rear. If I went this route it would mean 195s stretched up front on the 8s and 205 on the 8.5 for a similar stretch out back. This would be just for a bit of fun as I probably prefer the 7.5 standard rim all round but for a quick swap it gives a whole new look, thoughts?
Just like to hear peoples opinions really, as I was sold on this idea in the Summer but have probably dismissed it, up to now think the black set can stay as they are with perhaps a quick polish of the rim and rechrome of the bolts, they will only see the car once or twice in 2007 as its the turn for the factory finish rims.
-
I prefer them in the factory finish but I have my bases covered in that dept. and then some and the majority of the time the car will be running the stock RS 301s.
The set that are currently black are a 'spare' set that I can experiment with a use occasionally for shows.
Tempted by polished or chromed centres or black with gold bolts on one side of the car and gold centres on the other.
-
OK I have a satin silver VR6 and i'm lucky enough to have my no1 choice of wheels. I have 2 mint unmolested sets and a custom set to play about with. During the past year I have been running the custom set with black centres and polished rims, but thought I might change things around a bit for next year.
What are your thoughts, keep them black, perhaps with gold bolts.
Polish the faces and detail between the spokes (grey, gold or black)
Silver or polished centres and dishes etc
Lets hear what you think please

They do, but are pretty rare in 5x100, easier to get in 4x100 for the New Mini

yeh, wide 17" LMs

If you specifically want a blue Storm and an unmodified example then if the condition is right it might be worth it to you. However if you wanted to mod it in due couse you could get either a well modded and better spe'd car of a very high standard for that price or in the majority of cases far less.
