Thanks, managed to get some "free" clips from VW. Robbing b@stards!! Flushing? So how do i do that "properly"?? Do I use Rad-flush or something like that?

aye, thats the one. I was gonna change the coolant too while i'm at it. Any idea how much anti freeze I should use? will 2ltrs be sufficient? Thanks for your reply Chris

hmm, think I tried that but couldn't actually get the bloody thing to unscrew. I don't see how you can reposition it though? I also don't have the plastic thingy does that make a big difference?

When I close my doors, they don't sound like a German car. They rattle, and are loose. Does anyone know how I tighten up the locks? I am sure this is not a window winder rattle which I believe is a common problem. Any advice would be appreciated Chris

So when i shutmy doors it don't sound like a VW door closing, it almost rattles. Any one got any tips?
