  1. These can be ordered without the wiper holes or with only the center hole for mono wiper set ups. The part is completely smooth where the holes would be so it will have a very clean look.
  2. Sorry for my late reply. The lower trim mold is being completed today and the first part is being made tomorrow. It will be a carbon fiber version. I'll post pictures as soon as possible so everyone can see how it turned out. We got the plug looking really good and the mold came out perfect so I have high expectations for these parts. I'm certain once the LHD Corrado owners see this part they will want us to retool the LHD lower trim since its only available in fiberglass. I apologize for the delay on this. My mold maker has been very busy with molding a complete racing car body so he had to squeeze in this mold. I will have pics of the scuttle tray prototype in the next few days. We will begin that mold this coming week.
  3. Everything is going great with this. Thank you so much to everyone who is participating in this and helping to get these parts into production. I never planned to make RHD versions of these parts but it was because of a great group of Corrado enthusiasts here who made it more than worthwhile to go through with this. I'm excited to get both parts into production and see them installed. We started the lower trim mold and if all things go well it will be finished the middle of next week. We will start the scuttle tray mold immediately after. I should have pics of the prototype scuttle tray to post here in one week. Thanks again!
  4. Thanks! We are getting closer on this. Still waiting to hear back from a few people who I contacted.
  5. Thanks for the deposits. Hopefully everyone else comes through as well.
  6. Glad that worked out for you guys. Thanks again for your business. I try to reduce the import fees since I know they are pretty extreme there. If someone is interested in receiving a GB on the 70mm front spoilers we can work something out to ship a group together. The shipping on 1 versus 5 is the same.
  7. We are going to make the RHD rain tray mold right after we finish the lower trim mold since there are enough people interested in both parts. I estimate it will take 2 1/2 weeks for both molds to be ready and for production to begin on both parts. This will make it possible to ship both parts together for the same price.
  8. Thank you for the replies. Looking good to get going on both the lower trim and a RHD scuttle tray.
  9. I sent out IM's to everyone who posted on here that they were interested. I'm working to get what I need to make the RHD scuttle/rain tray as soon as possible so hopefully we can get both parts going into production as close as possible for those who want both. Thank you!
  10. Sorry for my late reply. I forgot about this thread. The Kevlar rear spoilers are £282 plus shipping.
  11. Sorry guys I was really busy with a big project for SEMA that is finally complete and tooling for some new parts. This coming week I plan to get the lower windscreen piece ready for the mold and make arrangements to get the scuttle started. This weekend I will IM everyone who posted on here that they were interested so we can make this happen.
  12. The only 90mm front spoiler that I make is in carbon fiber or carbon/Kevlar. We only make the 70mm front spoilers in urethane. The scuttle tray will probably be available by the end of the year as well as a one piece lower windscreen trim piece.
  13. I'm finishing up a mold right now and once that is done we can get this going. Also hoping to get started on a RHD scuttle tray prototype as well. Next week I promise the we will finalize things here for the lower trim piece.
  14. I want to offer some sale prices on a few parts and these prices are exclusive to the UK right now. These low prices are good for the next two weeks. First is the 70mm front splitter for £125 shipped direct to the UK. Next is the fiberglass extended rear wing for £158 shipped direct to the UK. Last is the G60 badgeless grill for £81 shipped direct to the UK. Cheers!
  15. Check your phasing on your speakers. If the bass changes when you fade or balance that typically means that you have either speakers out of phase electrically or acoustically. Make sure all of your speakers are wired properly with positive and negative speaker leads.
  16. You can order from the website. Its set up for International shipping now.
  17. We make the LHD windshield trim right now but only in fiberglass. I'm not sure when we will offer it in carbon fiber since a whole new mold will need to be made.
  18. Are you interested in the fiberglass extended rear spoiler? If you are the best deal I can offer is the £125 sale price on the rear spoiler and the CF Euro plate holder at its normal price of £120. The rear spoiler is discounted £47 so I can't offer more of a deal, sorry. Shipping on both parts to the UK is £35. ---------- Post added at 03:51 AM ---------- Previous post was at 03:47 AM ---------- Hi Andy, My PayPal is [email protected]. Thank you, James
  19. Hi Redfox, Is your car RHD or LHD? The RHD version will happen next month. I have a few products that I need to get into production first but it will happen for sure.
  20. The discounted price on the fiberglass rear wing/spoiler is also good for anyone else interested. I would feel bad only offering that deal to just one person on here and not to everyone. If you guys are interested please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Thank you!
  21. I thought you might. I should have said both. The wing I can give you the sale price we had going last week which is £125 plus shipping of £28.
  22. Hi Andy. We are still offering the 70mm spoilers for £110 ($175) plus shipping.
  23. You really should be using vacuum infusion. Wet layup is not the way to go with CF especially with parts that need to fit properly. We even infuse some of our fiberglass parts in order to achieve the proper tolerances. The rear plate holder is not a good example of a part with clips that are difficult to replicate. Numerous other trim pieces have much more difficult bits that are more involved to duplicate. You will see once you get further into this venture. Have you made molds for infusion before? They are a little different than wet layup molds and if not done properly they won't work well at all. There is a certain amount of flange area required so that you can vacuum bag and seal the mold. Also they tend to be a bit sturdier too. How come you are using epoxy? Its not needed for the application that you are using nor is it going to make things any easier. To be honest until you start producing parts and can show that you can achieve high quality results, I don't see that there is any competition between us.
