clumpy1 replied to tomi's topic in Parts for Sale
That's a pity that a couple of quality owner's on here missed out it would have enhanced either interior without doubt. -

Your's totally deserve's it mate

Oh dear don't take this the wrong way but you would struggle to keep up with mine in your Type R Like I said in my original post the more you have to spend the better you are going to get what you are talking about well you just seem like the rest. Stick your money into your R to try and keep up.

Good update Dub I'm glad I invested in the Bilstein's :thumbleft:
-
To be honest the better the budget the better the car you are going to get. I am not having a go at you mate but you are trying to compare a 6? year old car to a 20 plus year old car Are you for real?? There just seem's to be that many people who think Ohhh let's buy a 20 odd year old Corrado and just because it's a VW it will be a cracker it is this type of owner who has driven down the price of Corrado's.Look on Ebay germany you will pay alot more for one on there why because they have been properly looked after Simples.

Is your's a Dizzy or coilpack?

Make sure you take plenty of pic's Micheal and very good luck your car is without doubt worthy of the Ultimate Dub accolade :salute:

Just getting old mate  The strut brace's make a huge difference which is why I feel the Bilstein's will work better with them the V1's are immense but like I said I'm getting on a bit and looking for a bit more of a compromise with comfort.
-
Looking good there Ross good to see a valver getting a bit of love good for you pal :thumbleft:
-
I've got KW V1's on at the moment. I have heard so much good about the B12 kit plus mine is powerflexed throughout and will have the Eibach strut brace on the front and a Trimsport one on the rear.
-
Cheer's you have answered what I was wanting to know.
-
Sound's good I've just got a hold of one of these kit's for mine can you let me know what other parts you used pm me if you like and a pic of it fitted please.

they went a bit ago i believe as i enquired about them.
-
That doesn't mean you are going to be able to get a hold of them :bonk: The best thing to do is cut out the middle man (Heritage) and go direct to Classic part's there will be a link in the supplier's forum if you have a peruse.

NNNooooooooooo RS rep's are notorious for quality issue's even the more well known one's You could have mine for £700 Ron ;)
-
 It's gonna be one of them day's I think. Yeah need to photoshop to see how they would look not sure that size is spot on either Ron my TH's are 8x16 can't remember the offset but I have a 10mm spacer on the back as they were too tucked without I know you were wanting to get away from using spacer's/adapter's.
-
Nah they look crap

Happy Birthday Mate finger's crossed :thumbleft:

Cheer's Sean :geek: good knowledge there matey. Cheer's Cazza long way to go it's got the basic's there just need's a bit of crazy stuff now there is alot of little touch's I want to do want it to look from the outside like it's kinda OEM but not just to make people wonder "what is it" I honestly could not believe the amount of thumb's up toot's of the horn flash of the light's I got driving back from National Day. Everyone of a certain age know's these car's but saying that I've had some youngster's giving the thumb's up and if you give it some bean's they love it. Corrado's are well loved that's for sure.

Yeah then at about 5500 the VVT kick's in and it sound's pretty awesome as well as shifting pretty quick Mmmm Yum these Powerflex bushes throughout front and rear strut brace's should handle ok
