G60 Engine Advice!

I am after a bit of advice!! 8) I ve got around £1400 to spend on engine work on my corrado g60, it already has uprated full blend charger and 68mm pulley and stage 5 sns, but peoples previous experience whats the best setup i can get out of my wonga! thinking of a golf g60 intercooler setup aswell? what sort of power would i be looking at etc?

fmic and one of the heads darren is getting in..... that should give you a rocket ship!

 

head / cam / front mount would see some huge gains... :lol:

and a water injection kit from the current group buy.

i am also looking at getting one of the g-werks stand-alone oil feed kits and maybe a tooth belt system

Think you should start with a front mount intercooler to get the best from your current mods and any done in the future.

 

There a Golf G60 setup in the for sale section for good price.

CNC machined standard heads with some serious porting/flowing work and reworking of the internal airways...

 

From what he's said, they should give some rather pleasant power gains... ;)

we have found a 25% increase in flow so far still using std valves... if anyone wants futher details before the release of these heads please feel free to contact me ...

How about NOS, that could be fitted with the initial 25 bhp jets for in the region of £1k. If that works you just buy them in stages of 50 bhp, 75 bhp etc.
