billinjah 0 Posted July 3, 2006 buy a cheap bench grinder from amchine mart a polishing kit from the above shop follow the instructions that comes with the kit it is so simple i do all my little bits and use pureklas for the bigger bits as they are the daddies!! CorradoDriver 0 Posted July 10, 2006 How thick is the manifold? I dont want to sand too much off and any idea how long is it going to take me? To sum it up, you take different grit sand paper and sand the manifold untill its smooth, then take the white or best polishing rouge and apply it on the manifold and rub it in until it becomes shiny?
