I was going to use paint to create my impression of what corrado sunderland sees when he looks at a computer, but it made my head hurt too much to comprehend. :(

ive taken a screen shot and the uploader just says failed when i try to upload it and i cant get in pics hosting places at work, Its on IE btw

Try resizing it.

 

Open it in paint, ctrl - w and mash a percentage in.

yup ive tried and it wont work , the new uploader is gash even when i resized it to lower size it states its too big

Use Google Chrome, even if it's just as a test, and I bet it works. I'll wager 20 brussel sprouts that you've got a load of spyware/malware that's clogging up your IE browser and stopping you from doing anything.
