CazzaVR 0 Posted March 19, 2013 Any recommendations? There are so many ****e designs out there, so I've been running the car without any while it's been on the standard Solitudes. However, I've just bought a set of very nice alloys and I definitely want to give them some protection.

Harrier 1 Posted March 19, 2013 A lot of manufacturers use them, just don't lose the socket. They are really hard to remove !
CazzaVR 0 Posted March 20, 2013 My last set of McGuard's went out of shape and were really difficult to remove. Maybe a bad batch. Thanks guys- will get some of these unless someone comes up with a better choice.

Dude VR6 0 Posted March 20, 2013 I also have some McGard locking wheel bolts. Had a problem with them torquing the wheels up on one wheel. The side of the bolt had broken, phoned McGard, and they sent me out a new set no questions asked, didn`t even won`t the old ones back.
stuarttaylor37 13 Posted March 20, 2013 I bought McGard locking wheel bolts but wrecked one the first time I fitted them-think I overtightened them! Halfords replaced them straightaway though
