  1. I'm looking more towards the Ultra Lite and Lunar series which are a bit more expensive but look nice. Still working out costs but you're looking at around £45 for the Ultra Lite Boost gauge. This gauge retails at £68 from Demon Tweeks!

  3. Did you guys ever get your group buy Autometer boost gauges? Due to so many people wanting gauges, i've sorted a supplier for Autometer. I'm sure i could get you guys a good deal on the Ultra Lite, Lunar and Cobalt (Very expensive series but look amazing) series gauges.
  4. Nice one Mambo, i didnt think of that! Pitstop can supply nearly all of the above items 8) I had my charger flowed at Jabba, stage 4, opened it up and found that they had hardly touched the upper chamber. It was promptly sent to Pitstop for a proper porting job.
  5. Rob Since you're getting an SNS chip, you can get the belt and FPR from me too, i've run out of 65's at the mo. Should have some in soon. May i suggest you send your charger to pitstop or Darren? These guys are top when it comes to porting and rebuilding G's.
  6. One of the whistles may be coming from the larger outlet downstream of the bypass butterfly. The large hose which went into the black valve was attached here. You could try putting a longer hose and blanking that off or just leave the hose open since its downstream of the bypass butterfly so you wont loose boost.

    I think Supersprint gave you the wrong price for that part number. There are 2 options for you raddo, one is 885913 which is a long pipe that goes straight to a back box (eliminates centre box) and one is 885513 which is a shorter pipe that goes to centre box, i think you've been given the price of £82 for the shorter one. Call em back and check :D
  8. Yep 1st gear is lame in G60's, way tooooo short. Try it a few more times and you should be able to get it in the mid 15's.
  9. When you go full throttle the bypass air shuts off since the butterfly for that side closes fully. So removing the bypass makes no difference to the amount of area through which the charger can draw air in. Put another filter on the left side of the charger! just make sure you can route it away from heat.

    Guys, you should seriously consider the type of bends made in the exhausts. If Powerflow can do mandrel as an extra then it would be worth your while doing it.
  11. That plug is for the WOT switch and the idle switch. Tells your ECU when you've gone WOT so that the ECU will go to map fuelling (eventually :lol: ) and when you've taken your foot off the idle switch activates for the ISV.
  12. The worst case of Digi-Lag ever?? :shock: Was there any sign of this problem with the standard chip?? Bosch w6DPO? If you progressively put your foot down, does it still do the kangaroo?
  13. Sorry, i couldn't resist :D Check the basics mate, what spark plugs you using? Is the problem just on part throttle or does the car feel wrong on full throttle too? Extra power from a chip and pulley shouldnt affect your part throttle driving. If the problem you had before was on full throttle then i can understand it being exaggerated with a chip and pulley however if it was on part throttle then it shouldn't have got worse. (Depending on the problem)

  16. Better to get a new shorter belt. You can get an alloy pulley and shorter belt from a couple places including myself 8) Oh but i'm running low on 65's at the mo.

  18. You can use the small hose coming out of the intake manifold. As you look at the manifold its coming out towards you on the far left.
  19. No problemo! your intercooler will allow me to crank the chip up a notch :D
  20. :D Next time you come down i'll turn the bottle on! The bigger intercooler really makes a difference to the raddo. Everyone should ditch that puny standard thing and go for a front mounted one. It would also enable me to be more aggressive with the chips 8)
  21. It will fit your car with that intercooler no probs Rob. As for price well i cant say yet, still working out costs etc but i'm gonna keep it as low as possible you'll get what you pay for! It will look great (polished) and will work very well, well of course it will its designed by yours truly :lol: :lol: Maybe i'll do a group discount when its ready!
  22. Rob, use the standard breather filter and stick a plastic bottle with vents cut into it for now. I'll have a custom made catch can for the G60 coming out very very soon! You'll love the way it mounts! :D
