Put mine down yesterday and no sign of movement this morning but that maybe because it's got the spoiler module out of a VR fitted and I doubt this mornings crawl will have exceeded 50mph. Hopefully tonight will give me a chance to try it. Had hoped that some recent tidying of the fusebox wiring might have fixed the spoiler but alas it just fixed the brake warning light. I did note a few "spare" plugs, but all blue/white seemed to be plugged in.

Thanks, make sense. Here's hoping one of my 3 spoiler modules work or I'm gonna be wasting my time checking the wiring.

Having never had spoiler that works automatically, I'm unaware if there is a way to reset it. Mine works on the switch and I'm planning on having a go at getting it working but want to know if it a case of if left up and the car is then started should it come down or is there some sequence to restart/reset the automatic function?

Maybe I'm warped. Still, I wouldn't wish it on anyone, especially me or my beloved Corrado. The good lady will be plotting her revenge so don't feel too sorry for her.

Well the good lady got well and truly April fooled when I sent her this and suggested my drive to work hadn't gone to plan. She obviously doesn't pay enough attention to detail as the car in the picture isn't a uk car nor does it have black schmidts.

It's seriously easy once the head lining is out. I could have probably done it on my own, but the good lady helped (and she claims to hate the car).
-
You've had the headlining out (the hard bit), so pulling a plug and unbolting 10 bolts isn't beyond your limits.
-
You could remove the white panel from yours, fit it in mine and have a working tilt (much better than nowt at all)
-
I have a working (tilt only) sunroof and the later style motor in my garage so if you wanted to have a go at making a good one, you know where the parts are.
-
Why use the allen key? whats up with the motor?

Not loving the Halfords wheels

PM'd re exhaust

Headliner removal is/was pretty easy, but I wouldn't try it alone as it's easy to bend/break it.

Not long now until the posts = the £'s spent

Removing that gold bit will stop your horn working. Just add a bit of grease to it.....I got chills, there multiplying

Get smidge of grease from me, saves you buying a tube of silicone grease.

Nothing to do with me, just a link that popped up on my facebook and they seemed cheap. http://www.revolution247.com/kw-variant-1-coilover-volkswagen-corrado-0988-10280005

The wiki guide suggests nothing between the flow of the 1.8 and 2.0 head so either should do, but make sure you fit the 1.8 cams.
