Yay!! Fantastic news Wayne and it's great to see your VR at long last on the road again! :thumbleft: Ref the programmable wiper, turn on intermittent wipe, then off when it has wiped once. Then turn it back on when you need it to wipe again and it will remember the time interval between the two and maintain it. If you just switch it on and leave it then it just defaults to a standard time ;)

Lol) as well as our 18 late style kits, he has 1 early style kit available. Our reserves both want late style so this early style kit is available. So as not to delay things too much, I'll give anyone until close of play tomorrow to order and pay for the early kit - at which point I'll then pay the maker for our order with or without this early kit. He has already made our kits now so shipment to the UK will be pretty much immediate! :thumbleft: So, one early kit available at €55 if anyone wants it?

Oh nice one, I can't imagine the foam would be that difficult to find, I've seen similar in other applications in the past.

There's no way they would have collected it if covered in oil, they'd reject it. Did the seller have any pics of it packed? I always do that to cover my own ass when selling something.

I'm not sure to be honest, I would have thought they'd go off engine number though. What price are you getting? I replaced the one on my 2.0 16v a short time ago before I sold it and GSF seemed to be the best price.

You are correct Diarmaid - apologies for my oversight. Just in the same way that you gave up your second set due to the first-come-first-served, then you should now get yours back. With regards to the next round of this, originally the maker said that he wont have any more until autumn time. However, he messaged me last night to say that he could do another run but it would be a 20-off minimum order quantity. Before considering that I need to get this group-buy out of the way as don't think I can justify my time for free for 20+ kits - I just wouldn't have the time to spare. Oh and for your info, on the glue & tar remover, it's usually £8.99 a bottle. If I can get a fair few of us taking one I should get them for £6.50 each. Aside from assisting with this, if you're in to detailing at all - or at least claying your car - then I'd say you can't be without some of this. It makes light work of removing tar and other stubborn spots that you otherwise either wont remove, or will spend ages rubbing away with clay. It's quite surprising when you spray it on your car how much gunk is actually on there, esp. the lower flanks. Anyway, sales pitch over! lol. It's there if you want it, no problem if you don't. :thumbleft:
