  1. Thanks Darren If I get it will fit it this weekend just before having the new Longlife Exhaust fitted
  2. Henny I managed to fit my FK's without any mods. Managed to get the light cluster from the old lights to fit into the new FK's just they had no clip but a secure fit all the same just final securing with a bit of ever useful Gaffa Tape!!!!!
  3. Got a solid front engine mount from JMR. Going to check the others in next few days! I won't be fitting until I change my head I think as don't want to shear off a bolt in the head which is bound to happen. Might give it a go though as I have all inlet manifold off at the moment anyway. Dunno - risking shearing those bolts worry me!!!
  4. Eeeerrgrggghhhhh!!!! Someone please scoup my eyes out with a rusty spoon and wash them in acid to clear the image away. Then please give me electro-shock therapy to wip it out of my mind forever!!!!!!
  5. Been offered a TSR 4 Branch Unused for my G60. Have any of you guys had one?? Any feedback before I agree to buy?? Thanks Sam
  6. Will be looking for a head/cam setup in the next few months - Stevemacs made me jealous!!!!!
  7. I have the FK rear lights exactly like this in my Black G60 and they look very good!!
  8. What would the implications be if you bottomed out with an aluminium sump pan. With standard ones obviosly they can take a battering but would alumimium shatter??? Not saying that I would as I would be very concerned if my driving or suspension (it's rock solid!!) caused me to do so. And right now I can't afford one anyway - want engine rebuild and big valve head first. Just wondering worst case scenario???
  9. I too am after a 4 Branch Manifold. However as I understand it TSR Performance do 4 branch manifolds as well
  10. Well I went out in it for a little spin today and she flies!!!!! Sound awesome aswell - VERY Throaty!!! Good work Fella
  11. You should try getting in and out of mine when 6ft 1 tall and audioscape doorpods and teh porsche turbo seats! It's definatly not a graceful thing!
  12. There are currently about 3 other threads discussing this subject 'Use the Search Jimbob!! Use the Search!!!'
  13. Did you not know how much the work was going to come to before committing to having the work done???
  14. Cut it off I did with mine when it came loose. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference
  15. That still works out pretty cheap though. Seach the web under toad alarms though as there are a few national fitters.
  16. Wow thats a good price. I'm after one of these alarms - Can your mate get me a cheeky one also?
  17. I spoke to the UK Sales Manager of Millie Miglia and they are far from on there last legs, however the forge no spends most of the time producing alloys for the car manufacturers like toyota and have less time to produce aftermarket wheels
  18. No one seems to make them because no one does. Inpro have just started to make clear headlights but thats it and they are in short supply
  19. I have just bought a set of Mille Miglia Cup 3's (see my thread Blue Joes G60 in Members gallery) However I got the porsche fitment 5x130 in 7.5x17 offset of 52mm then have 25mm hub adapters taking it to an offset of 27mm which fill the arches perfectly! However the bad news! I ordered a set through Tyresave in Liverpool (GREAT price of £500 delivered inc VAT) but was told they didn't know when Millie would be casting any more. I rang the UK Sales Manager of Millie Miglia and hassled him into contacting Italy where they are made. To which he hassled them into getting them put on the forge the following week. They only made a limited run to fulfill some of the back orders but because of my bare faced cheek he put me to the top of the back order list so I got my set. He did comment however they won't be making anymore for a long time as when one of my wheels went on a walkabout for a couple of days with the courier that I had no chance of getting another for the foreseeable future. (luckily mine turned up!) Your only other chance where you might get some is http://www.design911.co.uk as they do them aswell and last time I spoke to them they had some in stock. However they will only have porsche fitment 5x130 and you will have to buy them at the idividual wheel rate to get the correct offset!! H&R Alloy Hub adapters are about £250
  20. Didn't see you there Bally. I was on the CCGB stand but mooching around the stalls for the afternoon! :offtopic1:
  21. Speak to James Renshaw - He's done a comp[lete audi TT dash transplant
  22. Dunno about getting an older one and costing you less. Wouldn't cost that much less as they do go for top dollar!!! Particularly if you want an old split screen. Saw an old, totally rusted knackered split screen a little while ago going for £9K
