1. I'll take a look, thanks all!
2. The interior looks stunning - great job!
3. Hi, Can anyone recommend a good alloy wheel refurb company, in SE London or Kent? Thanks!!
4. Painted my engine cover!
5. Finally fitted my battery kill switch after I keep reading horror stories! Got my slow puncture repaired (just a dodgy valve) Cleaned it, straightened the steering wheel as its been a little bit off centre and replaced the door light switches.
6. Hi all, My passenger side window seems to have stopped working, I can hear a 'clicking' noise when I push the button up and down but the window does move at all. It's the same when I try the passenger button on the drivers side. I did take the door trim off and have a look today but couldn't spot anything obvious. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?! Thanks
7. Wow, scary times! In regards to your stereo, the worse you would have done is blown the fuse. If I remember rightly you got a Pioneer DEH-80PRS, which should have a 10A fuse in the rear, just check that to make sure it hasn't blown. It's stories like this which makes me think I should get my @rse in gear and fit my battery kill switch!
8. Sits really nice IMO That's next in my shopping list, I've not heard a bad review about the Bilstein B12's
9. Think this might be due to wrong rear bulbs fitted, as when I disconnect the rear drivers light cluster, the sidelight doesn't come on when braking! I've just ordered 6 new bulbs to replace all the rear ones as none of them seem to be the correct ones (either 380 or 382) so hopefully this will resolve the issue....
10. Corrado back from passing its MOT - apparently the rear bearings needed 'winding in'?! Anyway back to the lights - so there seems to be something a bit more funky going on. Without the loom being plugged in, when pressing the brakes without the lights on, the drivers side dipped beam comes on along with the brake lights?!! The only thing I can relate it to is when I got my alarm installed last year, only the drivers side indicator flashes when enabling/disabling the alarm. I did call the installer at the time and he promised to come back to sort out.....but never did :) Has anyone else had a similar issue or could this be related to the alarm? Thanks!
11. Hi, would anyone know if these will work as a replacement to the old style switch (below) Thanks
12. Thanks - I was referring to the coil bolted to passenger side wing - this has the yellow, yellow/black wires going to them (but I didn't touch that in the end! just disconnected the connector block) I'll have a look when it's back from the MOT - it failed on rear wheel bearings, which were only replaced in August, so they are just checking them for me! 13. Hey all, Apologies, I know this has been discussed countless times but I can't seem to locate an answer... Since using an uprated headlight loom, I've been unable to use my sidelights (dipped and full beam work fine) I've located the dim dip coil which the yellow and yellow/black wires are connected to it with spade connectors but on the other end they are connected via a yellow plug, so disconnected the plug. This only seemed to stop my full beam from working?! Would anyone have any other suggestions? I've got my MOT today,so just disconnected the whole loom for the time being :) Thanks!!
14. Just to double check, will 'plus axle' ones fit a 92 VR6? Thanks!

Barn find VR6

I saw this earlier on, it made me laugh how it's a 'barn find' when you read the questions at the bottom, it's been sat in his barn?!!
16. Yeah, I'm really impressed - I didn't want a great big sub that filled my boot and rattled the windows, so this was ideal! I actually bypassed the built in amp in the sub and used the one you can see in the pic, which is also linked to my Alpine SXE-4625S, and the sound is very impressive... I have a pair of Infinity Kappa 52.9i in the front which are driven by my head unit and overall the sound is very good :)
17. ...and the good thing is, it's totally reversible, with no damage to the car :)
18. Aha, yes apologies - just didn't want you messing up your spoiler!
19. I thought the blue/white one was for the spoiler and shouldn't be connected to anything? I'm pretty sure the Switched live (ignition)is Brown/Red
20. So I thought I'd celebrate my 100th post by giving something back the the-Corrado.net community! It might not be to everyone's taste but I was fed up with the dull yellow light in the boot, so decided to upgrade it! The parts I used were bits I had already but if not, they are super cheap and readily available on eBay. Essentially I used a festoon bulb adaptor and then wired this up to some led strip lights. 1. Remove bulb from boot light 2. Feed festoon adaptor behind carpet and through hole which the boot light sits in 3. Put festoon adaptor in place of original bulb 4. Proceed with sticking led strip in desired place. I haven't stuck down the strips yet, as I wanted some daylight to see what I was doing but all in all, the job took me no more than 10 mins and offers a good even spread of light, simples! The picture below was taken just now in the dark, with no flash, to give you an idea of the effect.

Have you had a look on the Blaupunkt website, you can download manuals from there. http://www.blaupunkt.com/us/support/car-audio/downloads/manuals/
23. Also had a chuftie today, sat at the traffic lights on the south circular and a white limo pulled up next to me. The driver wound down his window and he looked like something out of ZZ Top! He was super excited and said he didn't realize that there was any left on the road and it must be worth a fortune!! He also commented on how the spoiler goes up down - I didn't like to say that mine only works manually:)
