Tim, this happened on my old Corrado. It turned out to be a dodgy connection on the fbrake fluid level switch. A god clean and blow out sorted it. If the switch is booggared, then I have one you can have
-
Yup, I saw that too. Looked Like a dark burgundy pearl valver to me :) Owned by Jusin Bere.
-
Cables have probably snapped. Common fault, well, common to all Corrado's with sunroofs  Get yourself a moonroof from a passat estate (circa 1993 IIRC). Fits, works and is a far better mech, that wont break. Easy to fit too (apparently, not done mine yet) :D

I may well re-do the instructions then and add some more piccies. Yeah the two left hand LEDs have little plastic inserts that just pop out, but the right hand two are, as you say, blanks that need to be drilled out. :) -

Well, you have four LED blanks there. No problemo! Do you have the fitting instructions? -

Right then my clocks look like they already have this kit installed, ie: there is an LED already there for nothing presumably in the holes 1 2 3 4, but obviously i assume it never came as a factory fitted extra lol. Are all the clocks like this or should mine light up for something as i dont wanna remove something i may need, still again assume i wont as in 5 years i have never seen them do anything, same as LED 1 2. Junkie, there shouldn't be any LED's in the four left most positions. I've never known any of them to have LED's already in them. Can you get a piccie up of what your clocks look like?? Also guys 'n' gals, if I get enough interest, I'll be doing another batch of these. Can you all stick you interest up in this thread, cheers :hitler: :dorky:  -
yeah, definetly worth consideration. yes u do. Hopefully you will be able to learn from my bumbling so it will go smoother 4 u. :) I'm hoping so!

It requires alot of patience and stamina dosn't it. Uve done well to tuff it out. yeah shielded cable is a very good idea. I may even have some knocking about. thnks. I remember reading somewhere that if you use different earth points for the MS to the others in the vehicle, you can pick up noise? Maybe? Boy, I need to get on the case with mine!

I think the paint was a bit  Will be giving the paint some love soon, so not overly bothered, although it does look a bit poo. To be fair, any more T-cut and it will go brown (primer)
-
Yeah, it's a little worrying doing it! And, I was gutted when the paint came off
-
He looks good, Gav! :shades:
-
I've just gone over it with some laquer that had lying around for now, hopefully respraying it over summer :? :cuckoo:
-
Took a couple of pics this morning on my phone...... Removed side strips... :shades: Lupo wipers on :) Hmmm, depression on the paint
-
Well, sort it out then?? :)
-
Yessir :hitler:

With a bit of luck, yes mate :D

Fantastic news dude    So, dodgy injectors was the cause then? Bet you are glad you didn't give up then?
-
I must admit I agree with that ^^^^ :shades: One of my favourite Corrados.....
-
I was a little surprised myself! I saw the yellow struts and thought "ay up, what's this", rubbed off some of the muck at the bottom of the strut and, hey presto... Looking forward to getting him MOT'd to be fair. End of the month hopefully. Just the exhaust to sort out now, then a quick check over everything, and we should be good
