ok cheers for that as thought there was a pipe going to the carbon cannister, and where does that clear venting pipe go from and too??

been cleaning the car today, and since i replaced he engine last weekend there has been a pulsing sound coming from the engine, so had a look and its coming form the airpump by the maf there is a nipple there that a hose goes onto but cant seem to find a pipe that will go there?? did the pipe go from the airpump to the carbon cannister as i dont have one fitted. cheers karl

ok had a look bill, and mine is totally rust free and no dents etc etc, just gotta find some way of getting some power down to the car or borrow a cordless angle grinder.

well yesterday and today been fitting the re-furbed engine i bought off here from SKIMASK, just look at the state of the chain tensioner on my old engine, and seriously you could just about hear the chains rattling. But the new engine is just soooooo smooth and sooooo very quite. It was a very very good £350 spent i think. just going to run it in very slowly, then drop the oil out and put some silkolene in, also very very glad i swapped the cam cover over, as skimask is missing a 6mm allen key as it was resting under one of the cams. karl

did you not look at loosing the r32 fly by wire throttle, and use the alfa v6 throttle body with standard cabled throttle body instead, so to loose the r32's very much on/off throttle response, and god all those wires bring back painfull memories :-( karl
