  1. oh yeh sorry, i just read one of your previous posts very quickly and got the wrong end of the stick :cuckoo: have you sourced some BBS's Shaun, only asking as i have seen some very nice ones for sale!!
  2. so you came 2nd out of all those amazing cars Shaun  thats an amazing achievment, due to how some of those cars are pure cheque book cars and not even driven. well done mate, and sorry but who came first??
  3. dont forget i have my pagparts turbo manifold waiting in the wings Pete 8)
  4. yeah i hope so mate i have always liked the bull terriers. plus it's either a dog or another child, so it's a dog for me as it will leave me with more cash 2 spend on old vw's
  5. no mate i didn't bother as it would have depressed me even more, but went and looked at a couple of bull terrier puppies instead with the missus. oh, how did you break your wrist? was you never told 2 swap hands after 50 tugs
  6. defiantly get the bonnet sprayed mate, when i had mine fitted all the local chavs used 2 say was sick bonnet :censored:
  7. really like the round tailpipe, think thats what i'm gonna have on mine next, hows the hangover mate
  8. easilly, i have done it twice without taking out any of the seats, just dont take any passengers with you for a ride out :)

    .

coming on very nicely, hope all goes well with the paint today :) i'm also liking the car with just the primer on  at pistonheads last year there was a company who sprayed what is basically a teflon coating onto vehicles, and some of the cars they did looked sooo mean :norty:
  12. a well deserved magazine feature, any people who have not seen this car then you need to go to UD's this sunday, its worth paying the entrance fee just to see this car. fabulous. :notworthy:
  13. cant be as bad as these pics of a corrado with small mk2 bumpers on it :gag: pics wont load off photobucket for some reason?? so heres the link from ed38 http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.p ... pic=209587 get your sick bags ready
  14. sytna silver was what i used 4 nearly 16 months
  15. damn, that means the missus is correct about me then :(
  16. yeh i thought all 16v mk3's only had 280's also?? i could be wrong as according to the missus i'm always wrong??
  17. i sooooo wish i had even half of your skills mate, if you wanna make a 2nd one after this, i would 100% buy one of you. great work "again" karl
  18. i wouldn't say that, if i knew what a complete chuffing pain it is to get the wiring/mapping done on one of these r32 conversions, i would have not bothered, sorry just having my weekly rant about the car and garages :brickwall: but the dubpower 6 branch will cost you approx £350, and it is a work of art, when/if you contact dubpower mention me to pete and he may well do you some for of discount?? karl
  19. why not just get one of the Dubpower r32 conversion manifolds and weld in the lambda boss's, also why not just use the standard/de-cat centre pipe, it will make things loads easier and if your concerned about using all 4 of the r32's lambda's just wels in another lamda boss into you centre pipe. why make things hard for yourself when theres an easier way of doing it :) karl
  20. carb cleaner you can get from halfords, and yeh Kev i had exactly the same problem on my first corrado that started to happen about 2 months after the alarm was fitted, checked/swapped from a mates vr6, MAF, cleaned the ISV out, swapped coilpack, then just tightened up the negative battery lead and it worked perfectly after that. shame the brakes didn't :(
  21. all that meths does is to strip the protective finish off the leather that normally has the dirt on, the actual leather on seats that look dirty is not dirty, but the dirt is ground into the protective finish, giving the seats there dirty look. And as Matt said if your not very very carefull you could take the dye out of the leather using meths. you could use meths, but you will need a very good spray/paste leather protectant afterwards otherwise the sats will get f****d very quickly.
  22. it depends on how much you apply, the more you apply the more of a sheen it produces. its P easy to use.
  23. this is all you will need Andy http://www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Leather_Care_Kit.htm just follow the instructions to the letter and you will be just fine.
  24. trust me the cleaner from furniture clinic is nothing like the stuff you get with any suite, my 5k leather suite cleaning stuff didn't even touch my old mans BMW leather, but the stuff i told you about was as good as connolising. and i was joking about my offer, i couldn't rip anybody off on here :D so get cleaning!!!!!!!!
  25. yeh trust me i know all about interiors and headaches :( BUT i dont want you to think i'm telling you what to do, but give them a good clean then make your mind up, if you dont like them when there all clean and fresh you will sell them for loads more than when they are filty. dirty = £400ish on e-bay clean and fresh = £600ish on e-bay or i will give you £300 for them straight away, i will clean them and make £250 for about 2 hours work 8)
