Picked him up yesterday afternoon. They even sprayed the back panel for me as it was scratched for no extra charge! So the brand new bonnet, rear bumper, rear panel got sprayed as well as the rear arches being pulled and sprayed....

He has already seen fresh blackberry paint when i got him. Too Right Lower! I shall see when he comes back what I can do :)

Few pics from the bodyshop... He is in for the rear arches to be pulled (he managed to pull them 1 inch each side), the rear bumper to be sprayed and also the brand new bonnet I got for him to be sprayed....

depends what colour you want. i know awesome gti fad a blue set sitting on their shelf not long ago my purple ones took 16 weeks because samco cant tell the difference between blue and purple and sent a blue set for me! ffs

And a very nice, very fast supercharged one at that :wink::lol: I do drive the MR's mk3 vr estate though :) Drives just like Greeny did....very smooth but then you look around and realise you are in the estate and not the corrado....very odd :)

"Wedge" due it having 3 piece split modern lines, 9 x 16s et 21 with 1 inch spacers on! If you looked at it from behind, you could see why the name ;) He also put the moon roof,colour coded passat handles and lupo wipers on it.

Fantastic! Well done for saving one! It will be worth it in the end. 2 1/2 years later and mine is looking almost complete! :)
