pablo_vr6 replied to pablo_vr6's topic in Suppliers Forum
now theres a Q - think we could get them? -
i sent 20euros for some chrome dash rings the other day and didnt even bother insuring it. arrived (NO JOKE) the next day in germany. 40p stamp.
-
hmmm the straight fit I had anticipated may be just so easy then :(
-
I usually send insured cash through the post with signed for etc (up to a certain value of course). costs about £6 for 250Euro but its still a lot cheaper than a bank transfer (up to £30)

tha actuator opens the valve mate - its a rod with a circular bit on the end. all you boost hoses secure enough?

i wonder does the aerofoil come up with the spoiler :D  -
these seem to be the ones the yanks are going for but Im a bit worried about the plug at the top - looks a bit big
-
yeah I read all tha too but all I got was a sore head! my innards look like this: but the golf gti one I have is TOTALLY different. the plugs different and the tubs is more of a metal box with tubelike ends and a little tiny probe coming down out of the roof. I might take a trip to the local VW scrappy and look at MAFs in a few different cars to compare.

thanks for your perseverence :) right ok Im getting somewhere now. so where do I get the £50 one? the stealer? I dont mind fudging it. and which 2.0 is it? Mk4 or something? I have a mk3 gti MAF in the garage but it looks totally different.

in the second pic the connector goes on at a right angle tho not straight in as per the first pic. here is another pic of the second one:

where is good to buy the reiger? and how much is it?
-
it gets better ;)
-
F&R are the same but by using the rear you can use the fader to adjust the bass level from the front :)
-
I can do spacers :) greggs sent me a pic of his and its the one I saw that made me want them :)
-
not so much that - saw a pic of a C on the tt alloys and it looked very very good. made me think.... ;) the superleg copies are very good but might suit a lighter coloured car better.
-
is the pcd on all tt alloys 5x100 to fit the corrado? Id like a set of the polished competition alloys but want to make sure they will fit ok first :) cheers -pablo
-
nice price but I dont really like those wheels.
-
when i cocked mine up I used 2 methods 1 - the spoiler should come up at 56mph 2 - used the average speed at about 90 in the MFA. so got to constant speed and reset the avg speed. bang on now :) for a rough guide i guess it was about 8-10mm BELOW the little stop pin.
-
no restriction then? cool - off the list then unless anyone else says different :)
-
Okay I have a grandish to spend what to do?

Id not buy new calipers - get used ones and get new seals etc if its a concern :) -
just to clarify you have one key that works and one that doesnt?
