Normally you can go to the manufacturer website for clearance information. Here is a Brembo G60 GT kit:

Probably 205's...at your height...maybe 215. Depends also on if you have fender work done. It also depends on the wheel offset too. My rear is a low 20et after the new lips. If I had more room in the fenders...I may have done 215 40's... Sorry for the poor image quality...I had to shrink the photo down so I can post here.

The 17 inch 5x100 LM's are not as rare as people make them out to be. They are just not a popular size. They are still in production and made in Japan. If you want to pay shipping from Japan you can get them any time...same goes for the 17 inch 4x100. Tyler...you got a clean Corrado...save up for the real ones...you'll be happier in the long run. Put the replicas on your mk3. :)

Theres two relays way behind the instrument cluster. Take it out and you can see them...thats how it is on a VR. Maybe your bulb is burnt out like mine.

I think more often than not, Kev will probably be in front of you ;) not in the drive thru Q. that aint never gonna happen ;) i am starting to agree with you lot though 9's are a bit gay...(oh no, in turning into a old **** like you guys)   Haha...9's are gay...thats why I went 8.5. :drinking:

I just find these types of threads judgemental. Who really cares what you think about my car, or what you like. If they did care...I'd look just like every other "cool" Corrado. These cars are not to my own taste...but who really cares? Everyone can say this and that or what they would have done...but in the end they are not the ones that have to live with it. Again...this is just my "opinion".

Here is my upper guide at about 124k. As you can see its worn just about all the way through. This was taken when my HG, cams, chains, guides, clutch, etc was done in March of this year. Upper right of the engine block...and yes...the water passages got cleaned out. -

It cost me about 4k usd after it was all said and done for the 1.8t swap into my mk3. That was with a front mount intercooler, new clutch and some other misc stuff. That was for a AGU motor. You can get a signal converter to run your stock clocks.

I'd find out firts why your clutch disk is eating the flywheel. How long are they lasting? Have they been resurfaced?

I've had my charger since 04, took one day to fit...its done over 40k. No issues. Still on the original belt.
-
I'm just running the base VF map. Its been over 40k and so far no issues. I had it dyno'd on a Clayton before the Schrick cams and got 272 to the engine. Powerwise for me, its what I'm looking for. The Schrick gives it a nice bit of torque before the charger kicks in. I've looked into turbos before I got the VF kit. The wheel spin is what I couldn't live with. From a stop 1st and 2nd were pretty much useless. I drove a VR turbo before...an it wasn't what I wanted out of my Corrado.

Got my stuff second hand. Cost me 3k for the stage 2, 800usd for the Schrick VGi...got the Schrick 260/264 cams new for 450usd. Making about 280bhp.

I like dem dir-tayyyy... :norty:

I had a similar issue as you. Letting the fuel system depressurize will cause the fuel leak. If you drive the car everyday...the lines will not depressurize. Remove the rubber lines that go from the fuel rail to the plastic hard lines. Inspect the ends of the rubber lines. Mine were badly cracked.

The 3M stuff you can get at most auto parts places or body shops. Its for body molding. The outer part that you peel off is red.
-
Which one is it? I have the Kamei one now and it has screws that screw to the top of the rad support. It has the best fit over any grill spoiler I've used/seen. When I had the Rieger, I used one screw in the center and 3M body molding tape over the headlights. The Mattig fiberglass ones just fit piss poor, and tossed it.

There are a couple things you can try. 1. There is a resistor behind the dash that regulates the voltage to the blower. When that goes bad...certain speeds of the blower will stop working. You have to remove your glovebox to get to it. 2. There are contacts behind the control panel...clean them.

You might as well get the Momo Monte Carlo. It looks almost identical...alot easier to find too. It comes in 350 and 320mm sizes.

Haven't put up pics in a while. Heres a few.

Looks like VW is doing their warm weather testing in Vegas. That IROC is wack. They've turned VW's coupe into another Golf. :bad-words:
