My screen works fine and plays good tunes but it developed a few weird faults. If the car isnt running and the stereo is playin with just the ignition on the display is fine untill i turn up the tunes, when it gets a bit louder the screen distorts. Then if the things playing while the cars running its got a constant fuzz running up and down and it changes with revs. Im pretty confused, anyone offer any advice here?? Ta Ross

How easy is it to fit these screw chargers? is there a fair amount of custom fabrication involved like brackets and boost pipes??

Aye big respect to darren and the pitstop massive, helped me out no end with my G60 swap and now shes up and running im fully considering driving down and seeing them just to get her checked out, im from aberdeen!!! Go on Daz, keep it up

My car and the G60 i pillaged both have 12 gallon tanks, im assuming so because the dials both have a the fuel guage that goes up to '12', so what do you rekon, swapable???

Right so heres a question, ive got a late G60 pump in my garage, im assuming its a late one as there was only one pump, in tank one. the engine is now in my car and it used to be a valver having two pumps, the main pump is really noisy and now i think its well buggered as it appears to be drawing too much current. Can i rip out my in tank one and the main one behind the drivers side rear wheel and replace with this wee single in tank one from the G60??? any help is greatly appreciated, ta Rossco

Ok my car (G60) tends to be very warm in the oil temp side of things, ive got a remote oil cooler kit, stiuated beside the rad, bolted on the slam panel, its got a fk 3 bar debadged grill, but just sitting around it sits at about 108 degrees, it usually comes down a bit while moving but this is pretty high eh?? My valver toped out at about 102, anyone have any ideas as to why its so damn warm in there??

Yeh powder coating is the daddy, all the silver bits on my engine were powder coated and the black bits were painted with black engine paint On a side note ' gradeafailure' wot type of hoffman frame was it??

You just did the conversion eh man? I know first hand that thats not a cheap thing to be doing, would it not have been better selling the car before converting?? Ive just done mine and i just want to drive it all the fucking time like, its lovely

Got my pioneer flip out screen wired up eventually after having to get it fixed (JBOB :roll: ) and now it works ace and stuff and does everything its supposed to but when i crank the tunes up the screen starts to distort, im figuring its something to do with the volume level as its fine when the volume is quite low. I havent actually tried the screen out wi the car running as its getting fixed right now, will the lack of alternator cause thei to happen or what?? Cheers guys
