Who use a GTECH PRO SS, in their Corrado VR6 engine?

That looks like a fun toy! -
Thought my ears where burning. To fit it correctly you need the body pannel off the TT as well, then this needs to be cut and grafted into the corrado rear quarter panel, no a cheep job, and not may bodyshops will take it on. I bought mine from Venom Motorsport, and it came with the cap, panel rubber boot and electric solenoid to open it, all the bits you will need if you want to fit it propperly., fitting was about 300.

You cant say that, coz a big minger in stilettos would make a differnt sound than an athletic type in high heals.

I think they would be the same as the 1.8T plugs, which are one stage cooler. IMO I burned the stock plugs out in 2000 miles so they are well out, the gap on them is nearly 2mm wen I measured them the other day. I have gone for 2 stages colder, and the denso are ment to be a realy good plug, well I will just suck it and see, and tell you all how I get on. -

Trust me I have read the MOT book myself at the garage, the rule doesnt apply! Its the old case of if its there is gotta work!
-
if you say it has got worse since you hit a bump, and u used to be able to stop it with a bang I would say as a quick hit that it is a loose connection or a wire that has moved and is not picking up interferance.
-
Way cheaper from here http://www.spark-plug.co.uk/ do a part search on a bp5et which is a grade colder than standard if Im right. @£3.20 and if you do a x-ref there is a few other options. Or there is a race spac plug listed in x-ref to the stock bp6et as a NGK BP6EV Gold palladium centre @ £4.98 HTH

At least it aint as bad as some Nova's, take out, park anywhere light switch, place back in upside down, and hey pesto ignition is on!!!!!
-
Its just an option that would you get you back on the road and more time to sort new tyres!
-
A similar combination works with the corrado!
-
Why not just get the tyre fixed?
-
As do all VAG.

Gavin the MOT law has changed, in cases where the handle has been completely shaved for show cars the hand rule doesnt apply.

We need more help, i got a post-it note full of plug numbers now after searching on Vortex. Standard VR6 plug is the NGK-R BKR5EKU or BKR5EKUP (enhansed plug for 95>) with the DENSO IK16 being the Performance up grade, there is people on Vortex using DENSO IK22 (2 grades colder and a nice £10.87 a plug! ) There are people who are swearing to F6dtc's which are 1.8 16V plugs! Then there is the Golf 1.8T BKR6ETA-10 which appears to be a grade colder than stock. And the one for the Audi S4 turbo is the PFR6EQ again a grade colder but with resistor? :? -
