Exhaust knocking possibly?

Do you have the owners manual for the Clifford alarm, if you do then there should be a sticker on the back with the valet code on. Also if you know where the alarm control unit is then you might be lucky and find the serial number has the valet code on it. Google will help you with that one.

I replaced the whole dash wiring loom on my VR recently and had to remove a few of the cables from the connectors as I didnt want to just botch them. I used two large paper clips and pushed them in from the pin side of the connector to remove the cable, you should see two small notches where the paper clips need to be located, if you straighten the paper clips and push them as hard as you can into the slots then the cable should just pull out fairly easily. Once you have managed to get one cable out the rest becomes obvious. I would personally see if you can find a replacement section of loom first and possibly just replace this section from the fuseboard to whatever its controlling. Pm me if you want more details on how to remove the pins succesfully. There is also a tool designed for removing them but its not cheap. Rob.

Arent the ABS relays behind the glove box?

Working through my list of things to get sorted over the winter period I remembered I need to sort out the window guide rollers, as mine are shot. Does anyone have any leftover from the group buy, or some decent secondhand ones that they are willing to sell? Let me know please. Thanks. Rob.

I had a ticking noise on my VR when I first got it and it turned out to be a loose spark plug. I tightened it up and the ticking went.

My 2.0 16v is Pearl Green, im colourblind though so if its the same colour as mine then that should answer your question: Mine is also for sale shortly, once ive got a chance to get it MOT'd. Its in immaculate condition compared to the one in your link. Shame your not any closer to have a look. Rob.

Im sorry mate but thats abit more than im willing to spend. Something around £30 including delivery would be more like what im thinking for the intake manifold on its own. Im not in any rush, but I will see if anyone else gets back to me and if I get no joy then I will let you know. Thanks anyway mate. :)
