Im closely approaching 150k, im def gna sell it b4 it hits 160k.

Sorry to hear, hope you get a good valuation. Excl the leathers(750), you could prob still get 700/800 for the car if you break it, or sell it to Simon@strictlydubz in Essex or like minded breakers for 500/600. Good luck!

Will an in-tank fuel pump for a 1.8 16V fit in a 2.0 16V?
khurrado replied to zacon's topic in Engine Bay
i changed my fuel pump last year for my 2.0 16valve, it cost me 15 quid from volkswagen spares in hammersmith. Im not too technically minded as far as cars are concerned, but its seemed to be a single unit, connected to the fuel tank. Correct me if im wrong. -
Girls in the passenger side screaming OOOOOOOH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH lol

ahah. I need to get 60mm springs for the back of my corrado to drop it as well.
-
yeh thats probably true actually. And also if u do get them, ull need 20mm lower springs at the back to get the car level.

Insurance-8 months on and finall got a repl from third part
khurrado replied to khurrado's topic in General Car Chat
too late , the buggers cashed it. And finall i got the mone through, minus £4 which the sa was the fee to the DVLA as well as the reason for them cashing the cheque on m behalf p.s. i reall cant be bothered to cop and paste the letter -
b4 i begin, the on the keboard does not work. Obviousl i cant write the letter down, but im sure ou will have worked out which one. Anwa A T@@T drove into me at elephant and castle whilst he was in a rush to pick up two of the nastiest lookin prostitutes in GB(not that i know, im presuming so). Anwas, 8 months on and various threatengin letters later, after he received a letter of court proceedings he picked up the phone and sent the legal compan acting on behalf of me a cheque, in M NAME. NOW.....its been 2 weeks since the compan got the cheque, and i still havent got it. Called thme toda, and the said the had cashed m cheque....???? But its in mi name?? How is that possible????? And what would their reason be for it??? Im still waiting for them to write me a cheque.....will it be lighter than the ones sent to them?????

Its winter blues for corrados, i had the same last winter, and my brother 2(we both underestimated the grease on the road). AS for the damage to your car atif, I had a guy drive into my rear 1/4 panel 7 months ago, going through insurance, a coachworks quote me 300 for banging it out and spraying it and doing a door fade (7 months later i have been told that the claim will prob go to court in March as the third party is still not responding....Wan**r) and ud prob be better off buying a second hand tailgate(in ur colour). Ive seen them for under 100 quid, plus another 100 for the lights.

Really, you got their number?

Got a new job.. but which co' car do I choose?
khurrado replied to Phil K's topic in General Car Chat
ive driven the mk5 golf tdi, its a good car, but it just feels a bit too smooth and unfamiliar drving it e.g. you dont have to brake for speed bumps. but imo prob the best of the bunch. -
i thought the corss member was what the engine sits on? I mean the sub frame which, im assuming the wishbones lock on to
-
To replace a sub frame(front), do you need to put the car on a jig???? or is there an easier way?? thanks.
