excellent mate i've just ordered some el wiring , def give this a go , i hate the drab heater illumination as i've done everything else with red led's
-
trev-b, no your right mate i remember the thread and a few people said they had used blu tac , a clay bar and detailer does work well , mainly on olderpaint the clay bar is needed but the detailer gives a deep shine to newer paint aswell

GIXXERUK replied to PhatVR6's topic in General Car Chat
jay has disabled his , he says it makes the car look untidy it doesnt bother me , nickVR6 covered this mentioning all the pics are with spoilers up and i reckon thats because people take pics when they have just cleaned the car -
90mm from the stealers was £110 iirc cheaper at gpc
-
looks like a mazda mx6
-
on cca they have used what they call condoms (coloured not ribbed) to colour the heater bulb and changed it to the passat spider
-
8) (not done by me )
-
Radostormvr6, i dont think it would last as long on a 90mm splitter - more flex
-
i think you got a wooly hat discount mate :-) the cabrio looked really sweet on the move
-
they always look worse at his time of year mate , its the salty roads :-(
-
£180 with 6k on them is an excellent deal , the goodridge hoses made a big difference to mine but i think they are too good for the discs /pads sometimes, i've got pagid fast road pads on and if i hammer it for a while they can glaze and fade iirc the golf 4 motion and audi TT share the same set up , i'll keep an eye on ebay :-) lots of class touches on your c
-
triggermyson, yeah only til it rains though
-
it'll crack mate, the best thing i've found is to take it off and polish it with black shoe polish (cheaper and lasts a hell of a lot longer than back to black) :-)
-
microfibre cloth is a must though has anyone ever used mothers polish ? they rave about it on the usa forums
-
iirc i read the c will still use 45 milliamps when standing so they reckon 3 weeks and its dead
-
i use the auto glym shampoo and i can tell a difference between that and the others i've used
