  1. Had good weekend. Met up with some good friends today and went to croft with them. very enjoyable day. And on Saturday entered the car into Mighty Dub Fest and came away with best watercooled really chuffed with that as a stone mint mk2 with 20k on clock :eek: turned up and I was sure that would have won. pic from Chewy on durham dubs Quote of the day goes to the lady that walked past just after I had put some cleaniing stuff back in the car and still next to it said "its just stupid" Laughed so much at that Vaghag suggested I should have thanked her for he comment I was I had but mind is not that quick :lol:

  4. Good luck for the mot chap. Had considered air ride for mine cause I want to lower but my estate has massive humps so struggle at the minute to clear them. So air ride was a solution but just too expensive at the minute. Anyway looks like you have done a good job on the conversion so sure no probs with that :salute:

  8. Hi I know is a bit late in the day but there is a show on Saturday and Sunday at Newcastle race course http://www.mightydubfest.co.uk/ I will be there Saturday as need to meets some friends. May be worth a look from the squad if you want to £5 day ticket I will join you all on Sunday morning.
  9. Hey mate no I didnt put any screws in I bought new trim clips though to make sure they were tight. Best advice would be to take your time mate as I rushed the first attempt abit and it showed so had to do it again. I found bostik contact adhesive good in the paste version makes a right mess though :D I covered over the sunroof as I dont like it anyway. Anything you need more on mate just gis a shout :wave:

  11. Had the same problem doing my mates ball joints a while back. Had to go home for my 4lb hammer add a little heat and it sorted it :D Keep at it mate

  13. was gutted at the weekend as was using the caddy for the first time in about 4 months and the seat spring base thing from my s2 recaro seats snapped so had to sit wedged into it which was quite funny really. Found one on the bay but crap as thought they would be not bother and run forever as car hardly gets used. :(

  15. standard speedlines are 15 just painted mine black! Will have to paint them black too to match my callipers :lol: if you want then mate I'll swap ya
  16. Dont know which is cheaper mate but if someone can confirm 312 will fit under 16 inch steels I'll swap yeah for my 288 carriers for your 312 as not bought discs etc yet if that help any way :shrug:

  19. Just managed to bag a bargain Brand new seat switch for the audi seats on the bay so hopefully that will make the seats a little more complete :D

  23. niggelvr6 has them also give him a shout but I think his may be bolted in. Are the ones you getting electric if so watch out for the height if using the standard runner system as I tried with Audi A8 seats and they sat too high
