I like the corrado mirrors? if they are good enough to fit on TVRs they are good enough for me
-
the futures bright - the future is yellow. You just have to be very careful with these sort of colours as its a fine line between looking like a supercar, and looking like a complete dick
-
nope not that, it was a UK one. BUGGER! If its any help the website was a dark blue colour and had a set of drop down boxes to choose the make, model and colour of vw. OSV I am hearing you on the Bowl of custard thing. Those are my thoughts exactly. Although the 2 corrados at the bottom there are looking very nice without the trim bits.

p.s. my car didnt come with abs from the the factory so ner ner ne nerr nerrrr!

sh*tter lol I believe I am pretty good on the brakes. Where I live there is a slip road I pull off the main dual carriage way and I usually have to brake from 80-90 to 10mph in a pretty short space. I have got it down to an art form in my bora, and I can scare the sh*te out of passengers and the back end drifts about a bit - but no abs comes on as of yet. One day I will balls it up and smash into the central reservation lol  I have first hand proof that you stopping distances are vastly increased in the wet.

nope not that one - keep looking  are you the yellow corrado man or something?! you must have an extensive database of pictures

there was a yellow corrado g60 (i think) lowered nicely with the number plate recess cut out feeding an intercooler. There was a site with loads of pictures on and you could search by car type and colour, I think it was on there. Somebody help me out!
-
Cheers Rob, I think I will do as you say and keep them 'just in case'
-
I have to say I think the choice of wheel makes a massive difference to the look of a yellow corrado. The LMs are gorgous. I dont know why but I think it draws your attention to the wheels
-
wow. I have struggled to find any nice pictures of a yellow corrado (yellow corrados seem to be not very photogenic), but that is lush! What I might do is remove the strips and keep them, then if it doesnt look right I can always fit them later. Got any more info on that one then?
-
the thing is I cant find any decent pictures of yellow corrados to base my opinion on. Anyone got any good examples of pics with the side strips and without?
-
My car is going in to get the paint work sorted out, and i am in a dilema as to whether to ditch the black side strips or not. Any thoughts? My only concern is that the side strips break the colour up. I fear it may be 'too' yellow without anything down the sides? Plus I am Mr factory looking and the strips are as VW intended. What do you guys think?

makes naff all difference I reckon. How many cars have you heard of died from bursting seals under oil pressure? I think we are worrying over nothing here. BTW: Is that legal? are you part of some sort of slave trade, and can he really pretend that he is dead for days on end?

I have a V6 24v motor, I am thinking of turboing it I wanted some info. HGP....bit expensive.... I was looking at the EIP stage 1 kit. no internal mods and 375bhp. Sounds good. Is there anywhere where I can get hold of parts like a turbo manifold for a V6 24v?
-
ooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo........

btw i remember slavering over the corrado vr on a piece by JC himself the year it mighty C was discontinued -
wow all that info....
-
I have the G60 version, which I am pleased about as I have 4wd, and therefore have no need for any poncy traction control 8)
-
I am done the usual searches and it only comes up with EIP or HGP. Are there any other sources of information for turbo charging a v6 24v motor?
-
Is the G60s abs system the same then?
-
Heres one for yas. Does the abs detect which wheel has locked up and applies it magic to that one, or does it detect wheel lockage and does it to all 4 wheels?
