Good work fella now get the coilovers on ;) They aren't as bad as most people would think, I found them a little bouncey at first but they soon settle in. I can't complain for 150 quid, and like you said it is a good way to get the car low till funds allow a decent set :)

Cheers fellas, the rims on the red one are Schmidt TH lines. Mike you still got yours? Edit the ones on the red one in the last pic are Borbet A's

Looking good mate, nice choice of rims ;) I remember mine looked like that before I dropped it, really shows how high the Raddo was as standard. It'll look the nuts once it's dropped :)

The trust the guy on the seg way has, says it all !!

Sorry to hear that Andy, I've had one drive off before and know what it feels like, but yours is a very much respected Corrado because of the standard and I am sure it's like ripping your heart out. On the positive side, hopefully i will get to see it on the scene over here, and the new owner will take as much care of it as you have.

Some of us do look after our cars this side of the water you know  Andy what part of Ireland did it go to if you don't mind me asking?
-
Well done mate, you beat me to it :salute:

I got a VW/Audi strut top removal tool from my local tool shop, smaller tool shops won't stock them. Only cost me £5. Halfrauds can order them in for you too, but they were looking for £12.95.

Has anyone any tips for DIY painting wheels? Also what paint would be recommended?
-
Si, the old wheels came on the car, and are made by Array (thats what it says on the centres anyway). They are a BBS replica and I've only ever see one other set before so I don't know if they are widely available. I'd go for the BBS if you can stretch to them. I have them wrapped in Toyo Proxies. Cheers for the comment :D

Those designs are the dogs danglies, how many of a certain design do you need to make up for it to be worth while/cost effective?

I attended a meet on Monday night with Toph, and was suprised when 2 other Rado's showed as well. :D So we couldn't pass up the opportunity and had a mini photo shoot. Toph's pretty handy with the camera so thanks to him for the pics :salute:

Good call Jon  have you let him know yet, he'll be chuffed? -
If only you had bought that kit before Edition when I needed some made up urgently. I got sorted but maybe you might want to put the kit into use offering members a brake pipe making service  Surely now your taking the C to a garage, they will have the tools for making the brake pipes anyway?

In that case paint everything, barr the piston, bleed nipple and hose threads  It won't matter too much as it's only a thin layer of paint. Good luck and hope things go smoothly :D
-
You don't need to paint the red bit as it won't be seen. Anything on top and at the sides that will be infront of the slider holes needs painting, aswell as the part you have marked green. Also be sure to cover the threads for the bleed nipple and hose connection, and the slider pin holes as you don't want any paint getting in there ;) None of the piston barrel needs paint as again it won't be seen. Imagining the caliper on the car and then painting what you think might be seen is the easiest way to do it  Oh and yes it's the Standard handbrake cable you need, be sure to have your chassis No. with you as there are variations in year. I haven't done any arch work yet, but will be having them rolled at some stage, they don't rub at the current ride height. As for the Offset I am unsure, but thankfully it works :)

10" on the rear, wasn't sure at first but it's growing on me :)
-
Keep me posted  how much you willing to spend on securing them?? I don't know what you value them at, so that would be a good start

Loving the rims :) whats the plans for the old seats?

You really must be hungover or have you fallen out with the search for your new love of the suppliers forum

Cheers Bally, I borrowed 10mm spacers for the front (cheers Toph) but still think they need to go out another 10mm to get it looking right. Now that I have seen the rears with the car out from underneath my apartment I actually think they sit well. Just need to get my arches rolled. Also after driving it with the 10" on the rear I don't think handling is bad at all, maybe i need more time to judge.........
