Amp is the next step, not wired in my door speakers yet - maybe more thought required........can t have everything coming off HU - or can I? bit of a noob when it comes to ICE!

if I have 6x9 in the parcel shelf and some 13cm speakers in the door - is there any improvement with adding some speakers into the dash? tweeters I assume........? Will have a look tonight see if they are still there.

I wired some front speakers into the doorpods courtesy of 10% off day at Halfrauds. Then removed my number plate surround and stuck it down with number plate sticky strips. oh and got sunburnt in the process Lippy

can windows mobile not be installed on the mini PC?? what if you can do an install of PPC on a SD card and run a dual boot from it. I have read several articles on how to strip out windows (not mobile though) and run from removable disk. Then you could stick Tom Tom on and jobs a good un! whilst keeping windows on the PC for watever you fancy Lippy P.S. The above may not be possible however it sounds feasible which usually gets me most of the way there!

they are from a mk2 golf gti, I think......... i was going to take off the oil temp bit and fit an air flow guage in its place. How much modding to the centre console is required? where is the best place to locate it? Lippy

I know the Awesome GTI are currently having a RR installed, not sure of progress their website is http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk. They are based in Manchester, which may not be too far away for you to travel? Either way, they are held in high regard on this forum, I may even be tempted to get mine Dyno'd so let us know if your planning on making a trip! Cheers Lippy
