Hi I have just bought this from Awesome GTI Koni Sports Suspension Kit Has anyone got this kit? Did you replace any other items when the suspension is off e.g. bushes etc? How many did you need to replace and what is the rough cost. Would it be OK to leave it until I can afford to do the bushes seperately? Cheers Lippy

I want to give the interior a good clean out this weekend, but there is loads of crap down the sides of the seats. How do you remove them? and what tools do I need? I assume it is relatively straightforward? Cheers for any advice Lippy

I want to see what an anthracite colour would look like on my rims. They need refurbishing, and I am thinking that a darker grey colour would suit the Ice Grey Twilight Pearl Effect colour on my C. 4 doors on a Corrado is like putting 4 doors on the new Dodge Charger. Sacrilege IMO However a 2 door coupe would put VAG in competition with itself e.g the new TT whenever its due. So I would not be surprised if it stays at 4 doors. Whether they'll have the minerals to call it "Corrado" we will have to see!! It would be a shame though if one of those engine fell out of the lorry during delivery..............YOINK! Lippy

there was an article in Evo when they drove a Monaro VXR across Aus, they "atomised" atleast 4 birds when driving at 165 mph to Darwin. Someone wrote in the letters column the next month saying they would never buy the mag again because they glorified the killing of animals. What can you do at 165 mph other than hope it doesnt go through the window like the above!!!! Damn tree huggers :D

Hello, The past week has been frustrating in my car, it has been running quite rough all week exhibiting the following symptoms: - From cold start losing revs whilst going over speed humps in second seems keen to stall - a prod of the accelerator seems sluggish to pickup revs - After a drive of 10 miles or so, revs (intermittently) drop progressively 500, with my car stalling on several occasions with the clutch fully depressed. Sometimes power steering has felt heavy whilst the revs are - re starting the car after work, the car seems reluctant to "catch" with but idles at 1000rpm or so - this morning, after being left for 1 day VERY sluggish to start - consumption seems to be high, around £15 gets me about 80/90 miles which is worse than usual (could be a coincidence) I have experience similar problems before, an adjustment to the ISV about 5 months ago has meant that the idle was more stable and it had been running much better, with no sign of the above - until this week. Can anyone link these symptoms together with a common cause (causes?) Inital thoughts would be ISV, MAF, lambda, starter motor, alternator. Are these likely? What is the best way of eliminating any of these? Also, would this post be related? Cheers for your help Lippy
