  1. the thing from the "definitive thread" is that fitting does seem to vary. thats why I would like a local fitter so I can go an knock his door down if there is a problem! hence the reason Milltek or Pflow as they can both be intalled within 10miles by "reputable" :?: companies. e.g. Awesome GTI and Powerflow dealer Nearest Longlife are based in leads, 40 odd miles away and Stealth sell and fit Milltek over 50 miles away.
  2. wales, i like that thinking - where's the yellow pages :D
  3. dr_mat, obviously i do :D the definitive exhaust thread does not seem to come up with a definitive answer

  6. L&G Need a new exhaust on my Corrado, read the extensive discussion about the various brands etc Which would you choose - Milltek - Powerflow placing an order this afternoon, both should be the same price - just want fit and forget quality and decent sound.

  17. don't know about rebushing - my pedal was flat to the floor the other day so I had to reconnect it to the accel cable hook. This has had the result of firming the pedal up, so it might be worth checking?? Lippy

    Brembo brakes

Hi What types of Brembo brake kit can you buy and where, obviously suitable for a Corrado (16V)? I want to upgrade the brakes to 305mm and the amount of kits for sale recently seem to have dried up. Can you get kits with different colour calipers ie yellow :D :?: Has anyone got any experience of Tarox? Would they be a good alternative, I imagine they are cheaper? Cheers Lippy
  22. hi mate, got the koni yellow kit - ride is a bit harsher but the handling is a improved (from original susp) feels much firmer and squatter through corners. Defo not bouncy at all - just depends on the surface quality of the road. They can be adjusted hard to soft therefore you can customise the ride to suit. Hope you enjoy it Andrew
  23. think that sounds fair enuff to me, be sure to get yourself a few tins too for your trouble! Let me know any details Andrew

    Garage Price

sounds about right to be honest - I think it is about 2.5 hours labour in total which would work out around 45+VAT which is standard ish rate. Still a bloody joke tho! Lippy
