If you want to create show car impact i would recommend: delete front fogs/indicators shorten front plate insert deleted side repeaters A6 handles cut/flared arches dep on wheel choice flushed rear seams delete all rear badges delete rear wiper delete roof rails The colour - BMW Brass Metallic. And ditch the idea of Super T's and go for something shiny.. unless you're going for a track style car, in which case ditch everything i said above and go with: Paint Audi Ibis White Full Cage Red or Orange Decals, Wheels & Spoiler. Massive Brakes

Have just picked up some JL C5's to fit to my Audioscape pods and was thinking whether it might be better to drill through the fibreglass and bolt the speakers on or just to screw them in. If I screw them in do i need to make pilot holes or is fibreglass fairly easy to screw into? Cheers! Baz.

G60.. what's it worth?.. Now Bristolbarons Gallery!
bristolbaron replied to bristolbaron's topic in Members Gallery
It's been ages since i've updated this thread as to whats going on with the car.. Mainly because nothing has been going on! I've bought a house, changed jobs and got married so car stuff hasn't been a priority and the Rado has been sat in a garage. The basic update is the wheels have gone, the Recaros have gone and replacements have been bought but not fitted. I've got some archwork to do, some paintwork to do and some engine work to do. I bought a 2nd G60 last week as it has a Rallye FMIC, so this is going to be transferred over and then the new one will be used for daily duties. The plan is to have the original back on the road in April, in time for Worthersee early May.. Lets see if it happens.. -
Balls off steel.. fair play if you do it..

i used them for a couple of years with no problems, but never had to claim.. i cant understand why everyone elses insurance always seems so high.. i've ben paying 400-450 Fully Comp on my corrado since i was 24, generally with Adrian Flux..

what are you using? a dremmel should get in there..

Who bought this then? G60 badge for £90
bristolbaron replied to Supercharged's topic in General Car Chat
i've seen a few go for that sort of money.. the Corrado ones have been obsolete for about 5 years and the Golf ones about 4.. I bought the last 6 in the country and still have about 4 left.. Was tempted to put them up but gonna wait a bit again now. -
if you do anything other than silver or gunmetal i'll kill you and then steal the wheels to repaint them. That is all.

£60 for a professional photo of a corrado? Bargain!

doing a road trip around europe need some help.
bristolbaron replied to marmite monster's topic in General Car Chat
check this out.. i've added Verona, so close to Lake Garda and unmissable, especially if you're taking partners. Also added the Millau Bridge, doesnt get you closer to home, but the route up through paris from there would give you another stop off.. -
255!! Wow! 215/40s if youre sensible, 205/40's if you live on the edge, 195/40's if you're crazy!
