unfortunatly if they want ur car theyll get it....ive got a cat 1 on mine....its a really good alarm but it wasnt much good when the f*&^ers came into my house/bedroom to get my keys when i was asleep....its the price you pay for having such a nice looking car im afraid its a weird sensasion when things like this happen to you....i can sympathise with you when u say u wanted to burst into tears because there not alot else you can do!. especially with a car you've put so much into.... remember it's still early days.....you do have over 3000 forum members sat with their fingers crossed and their eyes open....lets hope you get it back still mint. :2gunfire:

hi mate...im pretty sure ur looking at around 136bhp for a 1.8l 16v......and around 150bhp for a 2.0l 16v...agian i may be wrong but i think a standard g60 puts out around 160 bhp but is easily tweakable. if ur on a budget as far as the running costs go ( mpg included ) i would go for a 2.0 16v. then when u've qualified and ur earning that massive graduate wage :) then move on to a vr6.....good luck with ur search anyway dude. :lol:

so go sensible if its just down to running costs....get a valver..i spent £2000 on mine 10 months ago.. it had 86k on the clock...ive done just under 20k since including a trip to spain and have had to spend relitivly little...and if i sold my car now i reckon i wouldnt have a problem getting what i paid for it...g60's and vr6's are expensive to run...but the little ole valver is alot cheaper surely its more to do with the fact that u want a new drivin buzz?? corrados dont have to cost mega money??

hmmm...after reading all these suggestions its confirmed in my mind.....i'd rather pierce my own b*&^*^s than sell my raddo...unless it was to buy another raddo!... another thing to think about with "other" cars is that theres a good chance its value will depreciate alot quicker than our dearly beloveds?? :angel:

i dunno....mine handled like a go-kart....like said before the cars arent really comparable...it didnt handle anything like the raddo....totaly different....but i wouldnt describe the handling as "boring" ...try driving a corsa or a fiesta or sumthin....they :) 're borin!!!

yeah mine was a mk1...not the charged one though...i bet thats fun!!!...only imports though me thinks??? overall its gotta be a raddo every time!! at the end of the day the mr2 is gonna get u branded a hairdresser no matter what u do to it :-P

i disagree....i had a mr2 before my corrado...and it wasnt half the car that a raddo is dont get me wrong!!!!....but......it was a real good laugh to drive....mid engined rear wheel drive is fun.......just hasnt got the refinement of a corrado...

gotta get sticky stuff off and i have both of the above but no white spirit or the before menitoned "sticky stuff remover"...anyone know if its ok to use either of the fluids i have or do i need to go out and get a new one?? thanks gents.

is meths ok??? or turps??? ive got both of those in the garage...but no f*&^%ing whitespirit!!
