i had a good raddo journey from sunny cardiff to spain. i did cardiff to dover..stayed in a hotel...then woke up and drove the length of france in a day! ...then stayed down by the france/spain border and did the final 450m the next day. the whole journey was about 1400m in all! :)

p.s...watch out for those speed cameras in the village...there aint only one of them!

just remebered ther was a mk3 golf gti g6o for sale on here a few weeks back for 4k...sounding like a good price now!

sounds fair if it is as clean/mint as you say it is..depends on how its been looked after.

how will that effect the engine?..will it cause unusuall engine wear?

hi...ive had a 1995 2.0l 8v corrado for nearly 10 months and its proven to be a really good reliable car. the only prob i have is im feeling the need for more power :-P as i went from a 140bhp audi a4 tdi to a 115 bhp 8v engine!. Ive toyed with the idea of selling the car and buying a vr6/g60 but im not finding anything as nice as my car for the money i want to spend. so i really need to know whats the best thing to do with regards to gaining power from my car without loosing drive quality( ive heard that some mods can make the car less drivable as a daily driver!) ive got a k+n induction kit on the car and am thinking of a performance exhaust so what would people suggest? is charging it up viable? how much would it cost? anything else that might be better??...id appreciate your suggestions...thanks.

was on 86k when i bought it 9 months ago...now its on 102, 500 :norty: !!!

hi...i need to ask a huge favour ...im looking to buy a new rado and ive found 2 that i like the sound of but they are in the above places and im in cardiff!..if anyone lives near these places and has a bit of time to spare to have a look at the car/s for any glaringly obvious faults that would mean a fruitless train journey for me id be REALLY :D gratefull! Hi...my 2.0 8v's running REALLy cold :shock: .. as in the needle rises when the cars stationary but when i start driving it drop right down tho nothing! ...ive been told by a mod on here this sounds like i need to change my thermostat ,just wondering if anyone knows a link to where i can get info on how to do this?? cheers! :)

i cant see how you cant get one...i just walked into GSF and bought one exactly for my engine...you have a golf mk3 gti engine....explain that and they should sort you out( they might ask the engine code..) :thumbleft:

mines a ADY(the one in the pic) and i got a k+n specifically for it,(at least thats what GSF told me!) and it fitted on sweet as a nut with no cable ties required!

i agree...ive got the same alarm..it was £235 fitted and has not let me down since...the only drawback is that you cant get the "add ons" like with clifford...(i always fancied the remote start for these bloody cold mornings!) :afro:

yeah..repeaters have to be done!(only takes a few secs!)im not keen on the original wheels either TBH but its noce to see a clean original example like that! (like mine when i bought it..hehe) ...as far as i can work out..itll be the digifant system from what mr storm says...?
