I sent him a load of questions recently about a VR he was selling. No reply!

When I was in last week they had 3 VR turbos and another for a full rebuild. You wont go wrong.

Stealth are VR6 experts. Bit of a trek from you though.

I bought some proper Recaro ones from capitol seating for the seats in my MK4 Anniversary. They were £45ea though.

Good work. I looked at this last month and its definately one of the nicer ones out there.

My mates bodyshop repaired one of those. A new bonnet took 6 months to arrive!

I think the beige suits the blackbery paintwork perfectly. Id leave as is.

How mint is it? Stealth Racing do full rebuilds for around £2700.

You dont need to prime if the surface is ok your going onto. Theyve primed the bonnet because it would have been sanded to loose the stonechips

Eggs can cause serious damage to paintwork. Youll find impact chips where it hit.

I enquired about these when I owned OSV and was told they only came in white.

Rust is getting a big problem now. They usually rust from the inside out in all the trouble areas e.g filler flap and arches. Your onto a looser straight away then. The filler flap is nigh on impossible to repair without cutting a hole in the quarter panel. You cant access it properly from the back. -

I have emailed 5 sellers in the last few week between ebay and Pistonheads asking the usual Corrado questions such as paint condition, rust and do the various known issues work such as sunroof etc. Ive had replies off one! Must say a lot for most of the cars for sale. They must get seriously worried when they realise youve had one before and know what your talking about. Needless to say they are all still for sale!
